Hemşirelerde Algılanan Stres Düzeyi ile İş Yaşamı Kalitesi Arasındaki İlişkinin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışma; hemşirelerin algılanan stres düzeyi ile hemşirelik iş yaşamı kalitesi
arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı ilişki arayıcı tasarımda yapılmıştır. Bir
Üniversite Hastanesinde çalışan 280 hemşire ile çalışma yürütülmüştür. Veriler araştırmacı
tarafından yüzyüze anket yöntemi ile Kasım - Aralık 2021 tarihleri arasında Kişisel Bilgi
Formu, Algılanan Stres Düzeyi Ölçeği ve Hemşirelik İş Yaşamı Kalitesi Ölçeği ile
toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tek yönlü varyans analizi, Kruskal Wallis ve Pearson
Korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; Algılanan Stres Ölçeği
puan ortalaması 32,26±7,99, Hemşirelik İş Yaşamı Kalitesi Ölçeği puan ortalaması ise
103,61±12,75’tir. Hemşirelerin Algılanan Stres Ölçeği puan ortalaması ile Hemşirelik İş
Yasamı Kalitesi Ölçeği toplam ve yöneticilerle ilişkiler, iş algısı alt boyut puan ortalamaları
ile negatif yönde zayıf düzeyde, Hemşirelik İş Yasamı Kalitesi Ölçeği iş koşulları alt boyutu
ile negatif yönde zayıf kuvvetli ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak çalışmaya
katılan hemşirelerin stres ve iş yaşamı kalitesi düzeylerinin orta olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Hemşirelerin algılanan stres düzeylerini iş yaşamı kalitesi, çalışma şartları, sosyodemografik özellikler etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları ışığında hemşirelerin iş
yaşamı kalitesi düzeylerini iyileştirerek algılanan stres düzeyini düşürmeye yönelik
çalışmaların planlanması önerilmektedir.
This study; The aim of determining the relationship between the given stress level of perceptions and the structural quality of work life was made in the searcher design. The study was conducted with 280 nurses working in a University Hospital. The data were collected by the researcher using the Personal Information Form, Perceived Stress Level Scale and Nursing Work Life Quality Scale between November and December 2021 by faceto-face survey method. One-way analysis of variance, Kruskal Wallis and Pearson Correlation analysis were used in the analysis of the data. According to the documents of the research; The mean score of the Perceived Stress Scale was 32.26±7.99, and the mean score of the Nursing Quality of Work Life Scale was 103.61±12.75. The relationship between the Nurses' Perceived Stress Scale mean score and the Nursing Work Life Quality Scale total and disadvantages, the work perception sub-dimension mean score is weak, the Nursing Work Life Quality Scale work conditions sub-dimension and the negative sides are weak and strong (p<0) ,05). As a result, it was determined that the levels of stress and work life quality of the nurses participating in the study were moderate. The perceived stress levels of nurses are affected by the quality of work life, working conditions and socio-demographic characteristics. In the light of the results of this study, it is recommended to plan studies to reduce the perceived stress level by improving the quality of work life of nurses.
