Mezhep içi tercih usulü açısından Meydânî'nin el-Lübâb isimli eserinin değerlendirilmesi

Hanefî mezhebinde yazıldığı günden bu zamana kadar ilgi gören Meydânî'nin el-Lübâb fî Şerhi'l-Kitâb isimli kitabının Hanefî mezhebi tercih usulüne göre görüşleri ortaya konup mezhebe muhalif olan görüşlerinin inceleneceği bu çalışmanın giriş kısmında konunun önemi, amacı, yöntemi ve kaynakları ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Meydânî'nin hayatı ve çalışmamızın konusu olan el-Lübâb fî şerhi'l-Kitâb isimli eser üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde, el-Lübâb isimli eserin tahâret, namaz ve münâkahat bahisleri, mezhebin temel kaynaklarından istifade edilerek tercih usulü kurallarına göre incelenmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise tezin yazım sürecinde elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur.

In the Hanafi sect, Meydani's book al-Lubab fi Sharh al-Kitab, which has been of interest since its publication, is the focus of this study. This work examines the views presented in the book according to the Hanafi school's method of preference (tarjeh) and analyzes those views that differ from the school's standard positions. The introduction of this study discusses the importance, purpose, methodology, and sources related to the topic. In the first chapter, the life of Meydani and his work al-Lubab fi Sharh al-Kitab, which is the subject of our thesis, are emphasized. The second chapter analyzes the sections on purification (taharah), prayer (salat), and marriage (munakahat) in al-Lubab according to the rules of the method of preference, utilizing the primary sources of the Hanafi school. In the conclusion, the findings obtained during the writing process of the thesis are presented.
