Özet
Ağrı ili kapsamında yürütülen bu araştırma, İlköğretimde öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerine göre İlköğretim II. Kademe 8. sınıfta okutulan ?T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük? dersi konularının öğretimi ve karşılaşılan sorunları tespit etmek ve çözüm önerilerini sunmak amacını taşımaktadır. Söz konusu bu çalışmayla; program, muhteva, metot, araç- gereç, öğretmen ve öğrenciden kaynaklanan sorunları belirlemek, bir durum tespiti yapmak ve ileriye dönük bir perspektif oluşturmak istenmektedir. Bu araştırma, Ağrı İli'nde bulunan, 19'u devlet, 1'i özel olmak üzere 20 İlköğretim Okulundaki 23 Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenine ve İlköğretim II. Kademe 8. sınıfta okutulan ?T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük? dersini okuyan 576 öğrenciye anket uygulanarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada II. Kademe 8. sınıfta okutulan ?T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük? dersinin öğretimi, karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerini kapsamaktadır. Konu ile ilgili anketler yapılmıştır. Anketler sadece öğretmenler ve öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Anket soruları, 2008-2009 eğitim ve öğretim yılı içinde yapılmıştır. Veri toplama aracına cevap verenler, Ağrı ili merkezinde ve ilçelerindeki 23 Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmeni ile ?T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük? dersini alan 576 öğrenciyle sınırlıdır. Değerlendirmede, ders öğretmenlerinin, ders öğrencilerine karşı tutumlarını, kullandıkları yöntem ve teknikleri, araç ve gereçleri, derse hâkimiyetlerini; ders öğrencilerinin, ders öğretmenlerine ve ?T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük? dersine karşı tutumlarını, ilgilerini, karşılaşılan sorunları, anket verileri dâhilinde tespit edip, çözüm önerileri sunak amaçlanmıştır. İlköğretim ?T.C. İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük? dersinde yaşanan problemleri ve bu problemlere ne tür çözüm önerileri getirildiğini belirlemek için yapılan anketler dâhilinde ulaşılan veriler sonucunda, problemlerin hangi alanlarda yoğunlaştığını belirledikten sonra, çözüm önerileri ile sonuca ulaşılmıştır. Anket sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde Excel 2003 programı kullanılmıştır. Anket verilerinden çıkan sonuçlar ve çözüm önerileri, ulaşılan sonuçların hazırlanacak yeni programa ışık tutması, yansıtılması ümit edilmektedir.
Aim of this research that was performed within the scope of Ağrı city is to determine teaching of topics of the lesson ?History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism that is taught in Level II Grade 2 of elementary school, and the problems faced and to suggest solution offers, according to the perspectives of teachers and students in elementary education. With this said study; it?s desired to determine program, content, method, tools, problems caused by teachers and students, to determine the state and constitute a forward-looking perspective. This study was prepared by applying questionnaire to 23 Social Sciences Teachers in 20 Elementary School that 19 of them were public school and a private school, and to 576 students studying ?History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism? that is taught in Level II Grade 2 of elementary school. This study includes the lesson ?History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism? studied in Level II, Grade 2, the problems faces and solution offers. Questionnaires were performed related to topic. Questionnaires were only applied to the teachers and students. Survey questions were made within 2008-2009 academy year. Respondents of data collection tools were limited to 23 Social Sciences Teachers and 579 students studying ?History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism? in Ağrı city and in its counties. In the assessments, it was aimed to identify attitudes of course teachers to students, methods and techniques they used, their tools-materials and good command of course; attitudes of course students to course teachers and to the lesson ?History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism? as to data from questionnaire and to suggest solution offers. After identifying in which fields are the problems intensified as a result of data obtained with questionnaire made in order to determine problems in the lesson ?History of Turkish Revolution and Kemalism? and solution offers to these problems, it was come to a conclusion with solution offers. Excel 2003 program was used to assess results of questionnaire. Results and solution offers and results obtained from questionnaire data are expected to light the way for and reflect on the new program that will be prepared.
