Bazı keto oksimlerin tereftalohidrazon ile kondensasyon reaksiyonları

Bu çalışmada, bazı keto oksim bileşiklerinin tereftalodihidrazon ile vermiş olduğu kondensasyon reksiyonları incelenmiştir. Bunun için ilk olarak asetofenon ve 1-asetilnaftalinden çıkılarak bütil nitrit ile sırasıyla izonitrosoasetofenon ve izonitroso-1-asetilnaftalin sentezlenmiştir. Daha sonra bu keto oksim bileşiklerinin tereftalohidrazon ile vermiş olduğu kondensasyon reaksiyonundan simetrik 1,2,4- triazin bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca puruvilaldehit-1-oksim (keto oksim) ile tereftalohidrazonun vermiş olduğu kondensasyon reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen ürünlerin yapıları IR, 'H-NMR ve Elementel Analiz teknikleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır.

In the present study, condensation reaction some of keto oximes with derivatives of hydrazone were investigation . Firstly, isonitrosoacetophenone and isonitroso-1-acetylnaphthalene were synthesised from the reaction of butylnitrite with acetophenone and 1-acetylnaphthalene, respectively. Then, symmetrik derivatives of 1,2,4-triazine were obtained the condensation reactions of this keto oximes with terephthalohydrazone. Beside, the condensation reaction of pyruvic- aldehyde-1-oxime (keto oxime) with terephthalohydrazone were realized. Structure of product were characterized by IR and 'H-NMR spectroscopies and elemental analyses.
