Abstract
Bu araştırma, tohumluk ayçiçeği üretimi amacıyla Dupont Pioneer (Corteva) şirketinden temin
edilen 3 farklı stoplazmik erkek kısır ana hatlarının her birinin farklı bir bölgede ekimi ile (Eşrefli’de
EK1102 çeşidinin ana hattı, Aşağıpiribeyli’nde VE3060 çeşidinin ana hattı ve Doğanyurt’ta PS4042
çeşidinin ana hattı) 3 farklı deneme şeklinde 2 yıl süre ile (2018-2019) yapılmıştır.
Denemelerin her birinde 4 sıklık (Kontrol: PS4042 çeşidinin ana hattı için 6200 bitki/da,
VE3060 çeşidinin ana hattı için 5700 bitki/da, EK1102 çeşidinin ana hattı için 6500 bitki/da olmak üzeri
her hat için şirket tarafından belirlenen sıklıklar kontrol olmak üzere, 5000, 6000, 70000 bitki/da sıklıklar
tüm hatlarda kullanılmıştır) ana parsellere ve 4 potasyum dozu (0, 3, 5, 7 kg/da K2SO4 ) alt parsellere
olacak şekilde Tesadüf Bloklarında Bölünmüş Parseller‘ deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak
denemeler kurulmuştur.
Hatların/lokasyonların, gübre dozlarının ve sıklığın ortalaması olarak araştırmanın birinci
yılında; çıkış süresi 9,33-12,33 gün, çiçeklenmeye başlama süresi 68,00-76,67 gün, tabla çapı 17,00-
27,00 cm, bitki boyu 76,00-168,00 cm, boş tane sayısı 139,67-774,00 adet/tabla, tane verimi 109,67-
307,00 kg/da, yüz tane ağırlığı 7,33-8,72 g, tohum çapı 4,17-7,15 mm, kilogramdaki tane sayısı
11090,88-14519,33 adet, kabuk oranı %17,00-32,67, yağ oranı % 39,40-50,90, yağ verimi 49,31-158,64

ikinci yılında adet/kg bakımından en düşük 1144.00 adet/kg ile VE3060 çeşidinin 7 kg/da gübre dozu ve
5700 bit. /da ekim sıklığında, en yüksek ise 14547.68 adet/kg ile VE3060 çeşidinin 5 kg/da gübre dozu ve
5000 bit. /da uygulamasından elde edimiştir.
This research was carried out with the cultivation of each of 3 different cytoplasmic male sterile female lines supplied from Dupont Pioneer (Corteva) for the purpose of seed sunflower production in a different region (The female line of EK1102 variety in Esrefli, the female line of VE3060 variety in Aşağıpiribeyli and the female line of PS4042 in Doğanyurt) was established for 2 years (2018-2019) in 3 different trials. 4 frequencies in each of the trials (Control: 6200 plants/da for the female line of the PS4042 variety, 5700 plants/da for the female line of the VE3060 variety, 6500 plants/da for the female line of the EK1102 variety, the frequencies determined by the company for each line are controlled, Trials were set up with 3 replications according to the 'Divided Plots in Random Blocks' experimental design, with a frequency of 5000, 6000, 7000 plants/da was used in all lines) to the main plots and 4 potassium doses (0, 3, 5, 7 kg/da K2SO4 ) to the sub-plots.
