dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Konya ili, Seydişehir ilçesinde nohut yetiştiriciliği yapılan tarım işletmelerinin ekonomik durumu araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler, Gayeli Örnekleme Yöntemine göre örnekleme yöntemine göre seçilen 36 çiftçi ile yapılan anketler sonucu elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler 2018 yılı üretim dönemini kapsamaktadır. Çalışma yapılan işletmelerde ortalama 56,8 da çiftlik arazisi tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerde toplam aktif sermaye 656.070,44 TL/işletme olarak bulunmuştur. Aktif sermayenin %91,53'ü arazi sermayesi, %6,67 sabit sermaye ve %1,28'i ise döner sermayedir. Pasif sermaye içerisinde bulunan öz sermayenin değeri belirlenememiştir. İncelenen işletmelerde toplam saf hasıla 124.573,29 TL/işletme, tarımsal gelir 8.886,29 TL/işletme olarak hesaplanmıştır. Nohut üretimi yapılan işletmelerde GSÜD 42.239,11 TL, GSH ise 142.700,22 TL olarak bulunmuştur. İncelenen işletmeler için brüt kar 30.400,18 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. İşletmeler için net kar ise 91.769,51 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan maliyet analizi sonucunda, 1 kg nohut maliyeti 2,91 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmada, üreticilerin kar edebilmesi için nohut üretimine devam edebilmesi için bilinçli ve tekniğine uygun üretim yapılması gerektiği tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractn this study, economic status of chickpea cultivation farms were investigated in Seydisehir province of Konya. The data were obtained by surveys conducted with 36 farmers selected according to Stratified Random Sampling Method. The study was performed at 2018 crop production season. The average size of farm land was found has 5.68 ha. Total active capital was calculated as 656,070.44 TL / farm, 91.53% of land and 8.47% of working capital, in research site. Total net income was found as 124,573.03 TL / farm with agricultural income of 8,886.29 TL / farm in examined enterprises. In result of cost analysis, chickpea cost was found equal to sales price. There was no benefit for farmers from that activity. Cost of chickpea was calculated as 2.91 TL/kg. In this research, it is necessary to make conscious production in accordance with the technique in order for the producers to continue chickpea production in a way to make profit. Crop pattern should be organized in accordance of demand to obtain stabilized well income for farmers.en_US
