Özet
Bu araştırmada; erkek amatör futbolcularına uygulanan 12 haftalık kor antrenman programının seçilmiş bazı motor becerilere etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için 30 amatör futbolcu çalışma (ÇG) ve kontrol grubu (KG) olarak ikiye ayrıldı. Çalışma grubuna 12 hafta boyunca haftada 3 kez futbol antrenmanının yanı sıra kor antrenman programı uygulandı. Kontrol grubu ise futbol antrenman programlarına devam ettiler. 12 haftalık bu sürecin başlangıcında her iki gruba da tanımlayıcı bilgilerin yanında flamingo ve Y denge testi, 10 m ve 30 m sürat testi, reaktif kuvvet indeksini ölçmek için "My Jump 2 "uygulaması ile sıçrama testi, mekik, şınav, plank, bacak kaldırma, sırt ve bacak kuvveti testleri yapıldı. Bu ölçümlerin sonuçları ön test olarak kaydedildi. 12 hafta süren kor çalışmalarından sonra aynı ölçümler yapılarak son test olarak kaydedildi. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 26.0 paket programı kullanıldı. Kontrol ve çalışma grubu erkek amatör futbolcuların vücut yağ yüzdesi, beden kitle indeksi, flamingo denge testi, Y denge testi, 10 ve 30 metre sürat testi, mekik, şınav, bacak kaldırma, plank, sırt kuvveti ve bacak kuvveti testi, reaktif kuvvet indeksine ilişkin verilerin ön ve son test ölçümleri arasındaki farkın belirlenmesi Repeated Measures Anova testi ile analiz edildi. Bağımlı grupların ön test son test sonuçlarının karşılaştırılmasında (Paired Samples) T testi kullanıldı. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak benimsendi. Çalışmada elde edilen verilere göre, çalışma grubunda vücut yağ yüzdesi, beden kitle indeksi, flamingo denge testi, Y denge testi sağ posteromedial, sağ posterolateral ve sol anterior değerlerinde, 10 m ve 30 m sürat testi, sırt ve bacak kuvveti testi, reaktif kuvvet indeksi, mekik, şınav, plank testi sonuçlarında istatistiksel anlamda bir farklılık görüldü (p<0.05). Kontrol grubunda ise vücut yağ yüzdesi, beden kitle indeksi, 30 m sürat testi, Y denge sağ anterior ve sağ posterolateral değerlerinde anlamlı bir farklılık görüldü (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak kor antrenmanların denge, sürat, sıçrama ve kor bölgesi kaslarının kuvvet değerlerine olumlu katkısının olduğu görüldü.
In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of a 12-week core training program applied to male amateur soccer players on some selected motor skills. To achieve this goal, 30 amateur soccer players were divided into two groups: experimental group (EG) and control group (CG). In addition to soccer training, a core training program was applied to the EG three times a week for 12 weeks. The control group continued their football training program. At the beginning of the 12-weeks training program, descriptive information including height, body weight, percent body fat and BMI were measured and calculated for both groups. In addition, the flamingo balance test, Y balance tests, 10 and 30 m speed tests, jump tests, sit-ups, push-ups, plank, leg lifts, back force test and leg force test were performed, the reactive strength index was calculated. The results were recorded as a pre-test. After 12 weeks of core training, the same measurements and tests were made and recorded as the post-test. SPSS 26.0 package program was used for statistical analyzes the data obtained. Determining the difference between the pre- and post-test measurements of the data was analyzed with the Repeated Measures Anova test. Paired Samples T test was used to compare the pre-test and post-test results of dependent groups. The level of significance was determined as (p<0.05). At the end of this study, there were statistically significant differences between pretest and posttest of EG in the percent body fat, BMI, flamingo balance test, Y balance test right posteromedial, right posterolateral and left anterior values, 10 m and 30 m speed test, back and leg force test, reactive strength index, sit-up, push-up and plank test (p<0.05). On the other hand, there were statistically significant differences between pretest and posttest of CG in the percent body fat, BMI, Y balance test right anterior and right posterolateral and 30 m speed test (p<0.05). As a result, it was seen that core training had a positive contribution to balance, speed, jumping and strength values of core muscles.
