Özet
AMAÇ: Hormon replasman tadavisinin (HRT) postmenopozal dönemdeki lipid profüindeki değişikliklere olan etkisinin araştırılması. GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: Bu araştırma, Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum anabilimdalında polikliniğe başvuran postmenopozal dönemdeki 47 olgu üzerinde yapıldı. Postmenopozal dönemdeki olgularda HRT öncesi ve HRT' nin 3. ayında serumda yüksek dansiteli lipoprotein (high-density lipoprotein - HDL), düşük dansiteli lipoprotein (Low-density lipoprotein - LDL), trigiserid, total kolesterol, lioprotein a, apoprotein a ve fıbrinojen düzeyleri araştırıldı. Veriler Wilcoxon Signed Ranks ve Paired Samples testleri ile değerlendirildi. BULGULAR: Tedavinin 3. ayında, serum total kolesterol, LDL, Apoprotein a ve Lipoprotein a ve fıbrinojen düzeyleri düşdü ve trigliserid ve HDL düzeyleri ise artdı. Postmenopozal dönemde olan ve HRT başlanan olgularda, tüm parametrelerde tedavinin başlangıcı ile tedavinin 3. ayı arasında istatistiki farklılık saptandı (p0.05) SONUÇ: HRT postmenopozal dönemde ortaya çıkan aterojenik lipid profilini düzeltmektedir.
AIM: To investigate of postmenopausal lipid profile changes with hormone replacement therapy METARIALS AND METHOD: This study was performed 47 postmenopausal patients who came to the Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecolog Department. Postmenopausal patients were investigated high-density lipoprotein (HDL), Low-density lipoprotein (LDL), triglyceride, total cholesterol, lioprotein a, apoprotein a and fibrinogen levels in the before HRT and third month of HRT. Statistics were made with Wilcoxon Signed Ranks and paired Samples tests. RESULTS: In third month of therapy, total cholesterol, LDL, Apoprotein A, Lipoprotein A and fibrinogen serum levels decrased. Triglyceride, HDL serum levels increased. In the patients who were postmenopausal and received HRT, statistical differance were found all parameters between before HRT and third month of HRT (P>0.05) CONCLUSION: HRT improves aterogenic lipid profile of postmenopausal period.
