| dc.description.abstract | Osrhoene Krallığı, MÖ 132 yılında günümüz Şanlıurfa’sında kurulmuştur. Roma ve Parth güçleri arasındaki mücadelelerde yaptıkları siyasi hamleler ile MS 244 yılına kadar ayakta kalmayı başarmışlardır. Süryani kökenli hanedanın kurduğu bu krallık, Roma ve Parth arasındaki bir bölgede bulunduğundan yapılan savaşlara sürekli müdahil olmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Krallık ilk kurulduğu dönemlerden itibaren pagan inançların etkisi altında kalmıştır. Osrhoene yıkılmaya yakın bir tarihte Hristiyanlığa geçmiştir. Bu durum bölgenin önemli bir inanç merkezi olmasını sağlamıştır. Osrhoene’den günümüze gelen mozaikler, krallığın sosyal yapısı hakkında bilgi veren en önemli materyaller olmuştur. Bunun dışında krallıktan günümüze önemli Nekropoller ve günümüzde önemli turizm potansiyeli olan çift sütun kalmıştır | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Osrhoene Kingdom was founded in 132 BC in modern-day Şanlıurfa. They managed to survive until 244 AD with their political hamlets in the struggles between Roman and Parthian forces. Since this kingdom, founded by the Syriac dynasty, was located in a region between Rome and Parth, they had to be constantly involved in the wars. From the first historical periods in the kingdom, it has been under the influence of pagan beliefs. Osrhoene converted to Christianity near the collaps. To ensure that this situation becomes an important belief center. The mosaics from Osrhoene to the present are the most important materials that provide information about the social structure of the buildings.
