Özet
Türk edebiyatında öykü, geçmişten günümüze kadar pek çok yazarın benimsediği bir tür olmuştur. Günümüz edebiyatında yazar sayısında görülen büyük artış ile öykü türü ivme kazanmış ve yazarların kendilerine özgü öykücülük anlayışı ile gelişimini sürdürmüştür. Bu çalışmada Mihriban İnan Karatepe'nin yayımlanmış dört öykü kitabında yer alan öyküleri incelenmiş ve bu incelemelerden hareketle yazarın öykücülüğü üzerine tespitler yapılmıştır. Kendine has bir üslûba sahip olan Mihriban İnan Karatepe'nin öykülerinin odağında kadın, bilinçsiz Müslümanlık eleştirisi, sosyal eleştiri, siyasal eleştiri, bireyin anlaşılmama ve duyarsızlaşmaya maruz kalma durumu, bireyin çıkmazları ve kendisi ile yüzleşmesi, ölüm, aşk ve çocuk konuları yer alır. Yazarın pek çok öyküsünün kahramanı kadındır ve yazar kadınları her hâliyle öyküye taşımıştır. Erkek egemen toplumun, din baskısının ve siyasal düzenin baskı altına aldığı kadınları öykülerinde anlatan Karatepe, kadının ezilişine karşı gelmiş ve kadın haklarını vurgulamaya çalışmıştır. Yazar; İslam dininin verdiği hakları kadının elinden kimsenin alamayacağına inandığı için öykülerinde ezilmeye, kısıtlanmaya, mahrum bırakılmaya çalışılan kadınları ele almış ve bunu inanan Müslüman bir yazar olarak yaptığını dile getirmiştir. Çalışmamızın giriş bölümünde öykü kavramı ve Türk edebiyatında öykü konusuna yer verilmiş sonrasında "kadın yazar" söylemi üzerinde durularak Mihriban İnan Karatepe, kadın yazarlık açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde yazarın hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde yazarın Kadife Durağı, Hacıyatmaz, Aramızda, Herşey Çok Güzel adlı öykü kitaplarında yer alan öyküler içerik yönünden incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde yazarın öykü kitaplarındaki öyküler, yapı açısından ele alınmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise elde edilen bulgular ışında genel bir değerlendirme yapılmış ve Mihriban İnan Karatepe'nin Türk edebiyatındaki yeri ve önemi ortaya konmuştur.
In Turkish literature, short stories have been a genre adopted by many writers from past to present. With the great increase in the number of writers in today's literature, the short story genre has gained momentum and continued its development with the authors' unique understanding of storytelling. In this study, Mihriban İnan Karatepe's stories in her four published story books were examined and based on these examinations, determinations were made about the author's storytelling. Having a unique style, Mihriban İnan Karatepe's stories focus on women, unconscious criticism of Islam, social criticism, political criticism, the individual's exposure to misunderstanding and insensitivity, the individual's predicaments and confrontation with himself, death, love and children. The heroine of many of the author's stories is a woman, and the author brings women into the story in every form. Karatepe, who tells in her stories about women oppressed by the male-dominated society, religious oppression and political order, opposed the oppression of women and tried to emphasize women's rights. Writer; He said that he dealt with women who were tried to be oppressed, restricted and deprived in his stories because he believed that no one could take away the rights given to women by Islam, and he stated that he did this as a believing Muslim writer. In the introduction part of our study, the concept of story and the subject of story in Turkish literature were included, and then the concept of female writer was mentioned and "the concept of female writer and Mihriban İnan Karatepe" was discussed. In the first part of the study, information is given about the author's life, literary personality and works. In the second part, the stories in the author's story books named Kadife Durağı, Hacıyatmaz, Aramızda, Herşey Çok Güzel were examined in terms of content. In the third part of the study, the stories in the author's story books are discussed in terms of structure. In the conclusion, a general evaluation was made in the light of the findings and the place and importance of Mihriban İnan Karatepe in Turkish literature was revealed.
