Özet
Bu araştırma Selçuk Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü uygulama ve araştırma
seralarında farklı organik preparatların Albion çilek çeşidinde bitki gelişimi, verim ve meyve kalite
özellikleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada organik preparat olarak
melas, solucan gübresi ve vinas kullanılmıştır. Çilek bitkilerine organik preparatların kontrol, %2,5, %5,0,
%7,5 ve %10 olan 5 farklı dozu uygulanmıştır.
Bitki gelişim özellikleri açısından uygulamaları değerlendirdiğimizde, solucan gübresi ve vinas’ın
daha iyi sonuçlar verdiği tespit edilmiştir. Kardeş bitki sayısında solucan gübresinin %10’luk (6,4
adet/bitki) dozu ile vinas’ın tüm dozları (5,6- 5,8 adet/bitki) en iyi sonuçlara sahip olmuşlardır. Yaprak
This research was carried out to determine the effects of different organic preparations on plant growth, yield, and fruit quality characteristics of strawberries in the application and research greenhouses of Selçuk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture. In the research, molasses, vermicompost, and vinasse were used as organic preparations, and Albion was used as a variety. Strawberry plants received 5 different doses of organic preparations as controls: 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5%, and 10%. Vermicompost and vinas had the best outcomes in terms of plant growth parameters when the treatments were assessed. 10 percent of vermicompost (6.4 units/plant) and all dosages of vinasse (5.6-5.8 units/plant) produced the highest number of runner plants. In terms of leaf area, the dosage of vermicompost containing 2.5% had the largest leaves, measuring 82.76 cm2 . Applications of vinasse and molasses were found to be superior to vermicompost in terms of yield values. The 2.5 percent (332.98 g) dosage of vinasse treatment resulted in the best yield per plant. The best yields were seen with vinasse concentrations of 2.5 percent (21.92 units/plant) and 7.5 percent (22.50 units/plant) of molasses. It was found that 2.5 percent vinasse (15.20 g) and 5.0 percent vinasse (15.15 g) applications had the highest average fruit weights. The treatment with a 10 percent dose of molasses produced the greatest TSSC value, which is one of the factors that determines the quality of the fruit. This value was measured at 15.94 percent. The application of molasses at a concentration of 2.5 percent resulted in the greatest acid value being found in fruit juice, which was 1.06 percent. The results provided revealed that vermicompost and vinasse had a good influence on plant development in strawberry farming. While it was established that vinasse and molasses treatments had beneficial impacts on yield values, it was also determined that vinasse and molasses applications had favorable effects on fruit quality features. In this light, it is strongly suggested that, in the course of future research, mixes of varied concentrations of all three organic preparations be investigated.
