Besi Danalarında Pnömonilerin Patolojik ve Bakteriyolojik İncelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Aralık 2001-Şubat 2002 tarihleri arasında, Elazığ Günet mezbahasında kesilen, değişik irklardan toplam 1216 adet besi danasının (6-24 aylık) akciğerler makroskobik olarak pnömoni yönünden incelendi. Incelenen bu ak- ciğerlerden 149 adedinde (%12.25) pnömoni saptandı. Mikroskobik incelemeler sonucunda bu pnömoniler intersilisyel pnömoni (36.24), kataral-purulent bronkopnömoni ('.52), fibrinli bronkopnömoni (^ 8 616.11) , apseli-nekrotik bron- kopnömoni (8.72) ve verminóz pnömoni (%11.41) şeklinde 5 grupta sınıflandinidi. Bakteriyolojik olarak yapılan in- celemelerde pnömoni saptanan akciğerlerin 101 adedinde (g.79) herhangi bir etken izole edilemezken, 48 adedinde (32.21) ise tek veya miks olarak bakteri izolasyonu yapıldı. Yapılan bu etken izolasyonlan sonucunda S. aureus'un (14.76) ilk sırayı aldığı, bunu Corynebacterium spp.'nin (%7.38) izlediği tespit edildi.
In this study, the lungs of 1216 various breeds of beef cattle aged 6-24 months slaughtered in Elazig Gunet slaughterhouse were examined macroscopically for pneumonia on the dates of December 2001- February 2002 Preumonias were determined in the 149 (12.25%) lungs which had been examined. Microscopically, pneumonias were classified as follows, interstitial pneumonia (36.24%), catarrhal-purulent bronchopneumonia (27.52%), fibrinous bronc hopneumonia (16.11%), necrotic bronchopneumonia with abscessation (8.72%) and verminous pneumonia (11.41%) In the bacteriological investigation, pure or mix bactena izolation were made in 32.21% of pneumonia lungs. There was no bacterial isolation in 67.79% of pneumonia lungs. As a result of bacterial isolation, S. aureus was the most common mic roorganism (14.76%), and it followed by Corynebacterium spp. (7.38%).
