| dc.description.abstract | İnsanlık tarihi kadar eski olan etik ve sorumluluk kavramları, kapsadıgı alan itibariyle genisleyerek günümüzde daha da önemli bir hale gelmistir. Degisen ve gelisen bilimin yanı sıra insanlıgın kültür seviyesinin yükselmesi, toplumun daha duyarlı hale gelmesi; üreten ve tüketen kesim arasındaki iliskilerin etik ve sosyal sorumluluk sınırları içerisinde gelismesini zorunlu hale getirmistir. İsletmelerin, kâr elde etme amacı yanında bazı sosyal kalıplara uyması, hatta topluma karsı sorumluluklar üstlenmesi de, bugün kaçınılmaz bir ihtiyaç olarak ortaya çıkmıs bulunmaktadır. Özellikle günümüz isletmelerinin, örgütsel etik ve sosyal sorumluluk bilinciyle hareket etmeleri, hem isletmelerin devamı açısından hem de toplumsal refah açısından son derece önemlidir. Örgütsel Etik ve Sosyal Sorumluluk Konya Sanayi Bölgesinde Bir Uygulama adlı tez çalısmamızın ilk bölümünde örgütsel etik kavramı; ikinci bölümünde sosyal sorumluluk kavramı irdelendikten sonra; üçüncü bölümde Konya sanayi bölgesindeki lider isletmelerin, örgütsel etik ve sosyal sorumluluk kavramlarına bakıs açıları ve duyarlılıklarının incelendigi uygulamaya yer verilmistir. Uygulama sonuçlarına göre Konya sanayi bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren isletmelerin, örgütsel etik ve sosyal sorumluluk yönünden duyarlı oldukları gözlenmistir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays the terms ?ethics and responsibility? which are as old as the history of mankind, have become more important due to the range they cover. In addition to the developing and changing science, the rise in the level of human culture and the society?s becoming more sensitive have made the relationships between the producers and consumers necessary to develop in the limitations of ethics and responsibility. Today it is inevitable that the businesses not only obey certain social patterns but they even undertake some responsibilities for the sake of society as well as their aim to gain profit. It is considerably significant that especially today?s businesses act being aware of the organizational ethics and social responsibility in terms of both their own sustainability and the social wealth. After having explained the concept of organizational ethics in the first chapter of the study, named as ?Organizational Ethics and social Responsibility: A Case Study in Konya Industrial Region?, and in the second chapter the concept of responsibility, we mentioned a case study examining the views of leading businesess in Konya industrial region about the concepts of organizational ethics and social responsibility and their sensitivity. According to the results of the study, it has been found out that the businesses functioning in Konya industrial region are sensitive in terms of organizational ethics and social responsibility. | en_US |
