Özet
Bu çalışmada makinalarda ve makina elemanlarında meydana gelen arızaların tespitinde titreşim analizinin kullanımı ve faydaları sunulmuştur Makina veya teçhizatın sürekli gözlenmesi ve işlem görme şartlarının ve bunların zamanla gelişiminin analiz edilmesini içeren ve esas olarak titreşim ölçümü metodu kullanılan kestirimci bakım irdelenmiştir. Örnek uygulama olarak rulmanlarda mevdana gelen arızalar incelenmiş ve titreşim analiz sonuçları grafiksel olarak verilmiştir.
In this study, it is presented the benefits and using of vibration analysis in damage detection occurred machineries and machine parts. Predictive maintenance using generally vibration measurement methods, and including being monitored continually machinery or machine part and being analyzed conditions of process and changes with time of these, is investigated. Faults of bearing are discussed for example and results of analysis are presented in graphical form.
