dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada 1991-2023 yılları arasında Türkiye'de üretilen bal ve yaş ipek kozası üretim miktarları kullanılarak zaman serileri analiz yöntemi kullanılarak 2030 yılına kadar 5 yıllık üretim miktarları tahmin edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Analizde Linux-Box istatistiklerinden Brown, Holt ve Damped üstel düzleştirme yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. İleriki dönemlerde bal üretim miktarlarının tahmini Brown ve Damped üstel düzleştirme yönteminde birbirine yakın değerler alırken, Holt üstel düzleştirme yönteminde ise genel olarak biraz daha yüksek değerler aldığı görülmüştür. Türkiye'de yaş ipek kozası üretim miktarları incelendiğinde ise bal üretim miktarlarının aksine genel olarak yıllar itibarıyla bir azalış olduğu görülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the production quantities of honey and fresh silk cocoons in Türkiye between 1991 and 2023 were analyzed using time series analysis methods to forecast production amounts for the next five-year periods until 2030. The analysis employed the Brown, Holt, and Damped exponential smoothing methods from Linux-box statistics. In future projections, the forecasted honey production values obtained from the Brown and Damped exponential smoothing methods were found to be similar, while the Holt exponential smoothing method generally yielded slightly higher values. In contrast to honey production, the production quantities of fresh silk cocoons in Türkiye showed a general decline over the years.
