| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişten gelen kültürel değerleri yaşatmak ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarmak kaygısı ile sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak adına; kültürel mirasın güvence altına alınması, koruma olgusu olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İnsanoğlunun var olduğu günden bugüne kadar süregelen koruma kavramı; toplumların geçmişteki sosyal, ekonomik niteliklerini ve kültürel değerlerini yansıtan fiziksel/mekânsal yapının, toplumlarda yaşanan değişim süreci içerisinde yok olmasını engellemek, kent ve kentli ile bütünleşerek yaşamını sağlamaya odaklanmıştır. Değişimin temel olgu sayıldığı bir dünya kültüründe, kültürel miras olarak nitelendirdiğimiz, anıtsal yapıların korunması, koruma kapsamında değerlendirilmeleri için yeniden kullanımları oldukça önemli bir yaklaşımdır. Anıtsal yapıların yeniden kullanımı, sürdürülebilirlik anlayışının temelini oluşturmakta ve yeni işlev, yapının sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamada bir girdi olmaktadır. Anıtsal yapının özgün niteliklerinin korunması ön şartı ile yeniden kullanımı; yapının korunurken yeni işlevi ile tarihi, kültürel, çevresel ve ekonomik olarak sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanabilmesi için sadece bir araçtır. Yaşatarak korumanın sürdürülebilir olması için yapının yeni kullanıcılarının ve işlevinin gereksinimlerine optimum düzeyde cevap verebiliyor olması; yeni işlev-anıtsal yapı adaptasyonunun sağlanması gerekmektedir. Yeni işlev- anıtsal yapı adaptasyon düzeyinin belirlenebilmesi için; yeni işlevin mekânsal ve eylemsel gerekliliklerinin saptanması ve anıtsal bir yapıdaki mevcut mekânların yeni gereksinimlere cevap verme düzeylerinin araştırılması, yapının yeni kullanıcılarının memnuniyet derecelerinin tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Çalışmada; anıtsal yapıların yeniden kullanıma adaptasyon düzeyinin bulunması için; kullanım sürecinde değerlendirme yaklaşımı, koruma ölçütleri kapsamında yeniden yorumlanmış ve ?Anıtsal Yapıların Kullanım Sürecinde Değerlendirilmesine Yönelik Bir Model? geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen modelin geçerliliği, Açık Avlulu ve Tek Katlı Anadolu Medreselerinden 5 tanesinde sınanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Conservation concept is defined to secure the cultural heritage in the name of maintaining sustainability with the anxiety of cherishing the cultural values coming from the past and transfer them to the next generations. The conservation concept, lasting from the day human being exists till today, is focused on preventing the disappearance of the physical/spatial structure reflecting the past social, economical qualities and cultural values of societies in the process of change lived in societies and providing the lifetime by becoming integrated with the city and the citizens. In the conservation of monumental buildings characterized as cultural heritage in a world culture, where the change is the basic concept, their reuse for their evaluation in the scope of conservation is a very important approach. Reuse of monumental buildings forms the basis of sustainability understanding and the new function becomes an input to provide the sustainability of the building. The reuse of a monumental building with the preliminary condition of conserving the original qualities of the building is just a means for providing the historical, cultural, environmental and economical sustainability with its new function while it is conserved. It is required that the building should satisfy the requirements of its new users and function in an optimum level and provide the new function ? monumental building adaptation for cherishing conservation to be sustainable. It is necessary to determine the spatial and actual requirements of the new function, investigate the level of satisfaction for the new requirements in the existing places in a monumental building and determine the satisfaction levels of the new users of the building for specifying new function ? monumental building adaptation level. In this study; post occupancy evaluation approach is reinterpreted in the scope of conservation criterion and ?A Model Aimed at The Post Occupancy Evaluation of Monumental Buildings? is developed to find the adaptation level of monumental buildings to reuse. The validity of the developed model is examined on the 5 of One Floored Anatolian Madrasas with Open Courtyards. | en_US |
