| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada, 14 yaşlı, dişi Papillon ırkı bir köpekte inguinal bölgede görülen anjiyolipom olgusu tanımlandı. Tümöral kitle, sağ inguinal meme lobuna yakın, deri altında, soliter yapıda, dış yüzeyi düzgün, 15.21 g ağırlığında, 6 x 2.5 x 2 cm boyutlarında ve elastiki kıvamda idi. Tümörün kesit yüzü açık griden koyu kahverengine kadar değişen renkte lobuler alanlar içermekte ve en dıştan da ince bir fibröz kapsülle kuşatılmıştı. Histopatolojik incelemede; tümör dokusu, iyi differensiye yağ hücrelerinin oluşturduğu lipomatöz alanlar arasında, ince duvarlı ve düzensiz dağılımlı, değişen boyutlarda damarlardan oluşmuştu. Bu bulgular ile tümör anjiyolipom olarak tanımlandı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This report describes a case of angiolipoma in a 14 year-old female Papillon dog. Tumour was localized solitary under the skin of the inguinal region next to the right inguinal mammary gland. The mass was 6 x 2.5 x 2 cm in size, weighed 15.21 g and ellastic in consistency with smooth appearance on the external surface. The cut surface of the tumour exhibited multilobulated appearance with gray to dark brown areas with surrounded by a thin capsule. In the microscopic examination, the tumour was composed of various sizes and thin-walled blood vessels randomly distributed throughout of well differentiated adipose tissue. According to microscopic results of the tumour was diagnosed as a angiolipoma. | en_US |
