Özet
Bu çalışmada Afyon koşullarında yetiştirilen Dağlıç, Sakız, Akkaraman ve Ivesi ırklarından toplam 12 koçun tes- tislerinin morfometrik ölçüleri ve spermatolojik özellikleri araştırıldı. Bütün koçların testislerinin morfometrik ölçümleri yapıldı. Sperma sun'i vagen yöntemiyle alınarak koçların reaksiyon süreleri ve her bir sperma ömeğinde spermatolojik özelliklerden miktar, viskozite, pH, kitle hareketi, motilite, yoğunluk ve anormal spermatozoon oranları belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, tüm koçlarda incelenen özelliklerin normal sinirlar içerisinde olduğu ve koçlar arası farklılıkların bu lunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In the present study, testes size and spermatological features of Dağlıç, Sakız, Akkaraman and Awassi rams, a total of 12 animals kept under Afyon conditions were determined. Morphometric size of testes of all the rams were measured. Semen samples of rams were collected by artificial vagina, the reaction time of rams were de- termined and examined for the volume, viscosity, pH, mass activity, individual motility, concentration and abnormal rate of sperm. As a result, the morphometric measurements of testes and spermatologic features were in normal limits but there were some differences in characteristics between the rams.
