| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde İran’ın başkenti Tahran’ın sekiz km. güneydoğusunda yer alan Rey şehri, Orta Asya’yı Anadolu’ya bağlayan İpek Yolu’nun üzerinde bulunmasından dolayı Eski Çağlardan itibaren ehemmiyetli bir konuma sahip olmuştur. Çoğu İslâm coğrafyacısı tarafından Cibâl bölgesinin şehirlerinden biri sayılan Rey, VII. yüzyılın ilk yarısında İslâm hâkimiyetine geçmiş ve ehemmiyetini İslâm döneminde de devam ettirmiştir. Emevîler zamanında şehirde sıkıntılı bir süreç yaşanmasına rağmen, Abbâsî hilafeti döneminde en mühim şehirlerden biri olmuştur. Abbâsîlerin IX. yüzyılda iyice zayıflamasından dolayı şehir mahalli hükümdarlıkların hedefi olmuş ve çatışmaların ortasında kalmıştır. Bu durum X. yüzyılda da devam etmiştir. Bu yüzyılda Rey, şehre hâkim olmak isteyen devletlerin saldırılarına maruz kalmış ve sık sık el değiştirmiştir. Bu çalışmada; X. yüzyılda Rey şehrinin siyasi durumu incelenmiştir. Şehre hâkim olan Sâmânîler, Ziyârîler ve Büveyhîler zamanında Rey şehrinde yaşanan siyasi gelişmeler kategorize edilerek kronolojik olarak ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada birinci elden Arapça ve Farsça kaynakların yanında konu ile ilgili ikincil kaynaklara da müracaat edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The City of Rayy, which is located today in eight kilometers from the southeast of Tehran, the capital of Iran, has had an important position since the Ancient Ages because of being a route of the Silk Road connecting Central Asia to Anatolia. Considered by many Islamic geographers as one of the cities of the province of Jibal, Rayy became a part of Islamic rule in the first half of the 7th century and maintained its importance in the Islamic period. Although a troubled process was experienced in the city during the Umayyad period, it was one of the most important cities during the Abbasid period. Due to the weakening of the Abbasid caliphate in the 9th century, the city became the target of the local rulers and remained at the middle of conflicts. This situation continued in the 10th century as well. In this century, Rayy was exposed to the attacks of states that wanted to dominate the city and passed into other hands frequently. In this study, the political situation of Rayy in the 10th century was examined. In this context, through categorization the political developments which occurred at the time of the S?m?nids, Ziy?rids and Buwayhids, were chronologically addressed. In the study, apart from the primary Arabic and Persian sources, secondary sources about the issue were also used. | en_US |
