Özet
Bu araştırmamızda, öncelikle, Konya’da Karamanoğlu döneminde inşa edilen Mahkeme
Hamamı’nın mi‘mârî özellikleri hakkında açıklamalarda bulunacağız. Daha sonra Mahkeme
Hamamı’na ait vakfiye ve ser‘iye sicillerinde yer alan bilgileri bir araya getireceğiz. Bütün
bunlardan sonra, hamamın büyük bir bölümüyle birlikte, kubbe ve duvarlarının bir hayli
değişikliklere uğradığını belgelemeye çalışacağız.
In this research we have at first tried to explain the structural features of Konya Mahkeme Bath, which was built during the period of Karamanoglu Dynasty. Then we have attempted to find out the documentation of charter (waqf) and court records(şer‘iye sicil) that contained the data on the restoration of the Mahkeme Bath. And after all this We have seen that the bath was repaired many times and changed all sutructural characters, for example the domes and walls of the bath were erected again the using new materials.
