| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Asteraceae familyasına ait Cousinia cinsinin Cousinia cataonica Boiss. & Hausskn. ve Cousinia intertexta Freyn & Sint. türlerinin morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik özellikleri belirlenerek türler arasındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Morfolojik çalışmalarda türlerin yaprak, kapitula, fillari farklılıkları açıkça ortaya konulmuştur. Anatomik çalışmalarda gövde ve yapraktan mikrotom ile kesitler alınmıştır. Gövde, lamina ve midrip enine kesitler ile ortaya konulan anatomik yapılarının, taksonomik önemlerinin olduğu görülmüştür. Palinolojik çalışmalarda polenlerin polar ve ekvatoral, ekzin ve intin kalınlıkları ölçülmüş ve P/E oranı hesaplanmıştır. Işık mikroskobu ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile polenlerin fotoğraf çekimleri yapılmıştır. Cousinia cataonica ve Cousinia intertexta polen şekilleri subprolat olup her iki türün polen apertür tipi trikolporattır. SEM çalışmaları sonucunda polen ornamentasyonu verrukoz-perforat olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca aken mikromorfolojileri incelendiğinde, C. cataonica akenleri oblong-obovat, buruşuk ve belirgin retikulat-striat iken C.intertexta akenleri obovat, boyuna çizgili ve belirsiz retikulat-striattır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, morphological, anatomical and palynological characteristics of Cousinia cataonica and Cousinia intertexta of Cousinia species belonging to Asteraceae family were determined and similarities and differences among species were revealed. In morphological studies, the differences of leaves, capitals and filleri were clearly revealed. In morphological studies, the differences of leaves, capitula and phyllaries were clearly revealed. In the anatomical studies, sections from stem and leaf were taken by microtome. It has been shown that the anatomical structures revealed by the stem, lamina and midrip cross sections have taxonomic significance. In Palynological studies were measured the polar and equatorial of the pollen, exine and entin thicknesses and calculated the P / E ratio. Photograph of pollens were taken by using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Cousinia cataonica and Cousinia intertexta pollen shape are subprolate. Both Cousinia cataonica and Cousinia intertexta aperture types of pollens are tricolporate. As a result of SEM studies, pollen ornamentation was determined as verrucos-perforate. Apart from these, when achen micromorphology were analyzed, while Cousinia cataonica achens are oblong-obovate, wrinkled and distintcly reticulate striate, Cousinia intertexta achens are obovate, longitudinally striped, indistinctly reticulate striate. | en_US |
