| dc.description.abstract | Bu tezin konusunu Fransız Milli Kütüphanesinde (BnF – turc-127) bulunan "Safarnama" el yazmasının minyatürlerinin incelemesi ve değerlendirilmesi oluşturmaktadır. Eser kütüphaneden temin edildikten sonra günümüz alfabesine transkripte edilmiştir. Sefername 1602 veya 1605 yılında Basra Valisi olarak görevlendirilen Çerkez Ağa Yusuf Paşa'nın İstanbul'dan Basra'ya uzanan yolculuğu esnasındaki serüvenini anlatmaktadır. Yusuf Paşa'nın Celali İsyanlarını bastırmak için uğradığı çeşitli şehir, kasaba ve köylerin anlatıldığı "Sefername" hem nazım hem nesir olarak, menziller ve o dönemin mimari eserleri hakkında da bilgi vermektedir. Tam olarak bilinmeyen sebeplerden dolayı yarım bırakılan bu kitapta, Osmanlı'nın Bağdat minyatür üslubunun son dönemini yansıtan yedi adet minyatür vardır. Bu el yazması eserde, Paşanın gittiği önemli dini kişilerin kabirleri, yaşadığı tarihi olaylar, ziyaret ettiği devlet adamlarıyla ilgili minyatürler nakşedilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, eserin nasıl bir ortamda yazılıp resimlendiği hakkında bilgi verdikten sonra fiziksel özelliklerine de değinilmiştir. Eserin minyatürleri, dönemin Osmanlı eyalet üslubu olan Bağdat üslubu ve Osmanlı minyatür sanatı açısından ele alınıp ayrıntılı olarak tanımlanmıştır. Ayrıca hem ikonografik hem de kompozisyon, tema, renk ve figür özellikleri incelenmiştir. İnceleyeceğimiz eser paşaların ve yerel yöneticilerin hamiliğinde oluşturulan "Minyatürlü Sefernameler" açısından önem arz etmekte; hareketli kültür ortamına sahip Bağdat ve Bağdat üslubu hakkında önemli bilgiler sunmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we survey and evaluated the miniatures of the manuscript "Safarnama" in Bibliothèque Nationale de France(BnF – turc-127). After providing the manuscript we transcripted it to present alphabet. Cherkes Agha Yusuf Pasha was assigned as Governer of Basra in 1602 or 1605. During his journey from İstanbul to Basra, he passed many cities. It is obvious from the text that, he assigned for supressing a part of the Celali Rebellion which was ongoing in Anatolia in 1602. Therefore, during the journey, Yusuf Pasha had "Safarnama" written, in which some of cities, towns and villages that he forced to undergo, were mentioned. He informed as well as both the events described in verse and prose, ranges that he passed and works of architecture of that period. In this manuscript which was left unfinished for unknown reasons, there are 7 miniatures that reflect the last season of Baghdad miniature style of Ottoman. In this manuscript, miniatures about graves of important religious person that Pasha went, living history events, dignitaries that he visited were illustrated. In this thesis, we give information about the place of the manuscript that written and illustrated and then we mention about the physical properties of the manuscript. We describe in detail the miniatures of the manuscript with respect to Baghdad style, Ottoman provinces in that period, and Ottoman art. Also, we examine both iconography and composition with respect to theme, color and figure properties. We evaluate the Baghdad's vibrant culture medium which is important in terms of "Illustarated Safarnamas" that created under the patronage of pashas and local authorities, and art lover managements reigned here. | en_US |
