dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Konya bölgesinden dental materyalli bireylerden ve dental materyal içermeyen kontrol grubu bireylerinden alınan ağız sıvısı örnekleri incelenmiş olup ERCC6 ve GSTM3 gen bölgelerine, diş tedavisinde kullanılan dental materyallerin etkisi ile oluşabilecek polimorfizmler araştırılmıştır. Selçuk Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Endodonti ve Tedavi Bölümü'nden ağzında dental materyal tespit edilmiş olan 54 birey ve dental materyal bulunmayıp kontrol grubunu oluşturan 56 birey çalışmaya alınmıştır. ERCC6 ve GSTM3 gen polimorfizmleri PZR-RFLP ve PZR-agaroz jel elektroforez yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. ERCC6 geni pozisyon 399'da gözlenen G/G, G/A ve A/A genotipleri dental materyalli bireylerde sırasıyla %63, %35, %2, kontrol grubunda ise sırasıyla %84, %16, %0 oranlarında bulunmuştur. GSTM3 geni 3 bç delesyonu sonucu görülen A/A, A/B, B/B genotipleri dental materyalli bireylerde sırasıyla %56, %44, %0, kontrol grubunda ise sırasıyla %33, %67, %0 oranlarında bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, saliva samples obtained from the individuals, living in and around Konya who has dental restorations and the control group who doesn?t have any dental materials were studied for polymorphisms in ERCC6 and GSTM3 gene regions. 54 people who have dental materials and 56 people who belong to control group were selected from patients of Selcuk University, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Endodontic and Restorative?s Clinics. ERCC6 and GSTM3 gene polymorphisms were analyzed with PCR-RFLP and PCR agarose gel electrophoresis methods. G/G, A/G and A/A genotypes were observed in ERCC6 gene position 399 in the individuals who have got dental materials 63%, 35%, 2% and in the control group 84%, 16%, 0%]. A/A, A/B and B/B genotypes were observed in 3 bp deletion in GSTM3 in the individuals who have got dental materials 56%, 44%, 0% and in the control group 33%, 67%, 0% respectively.en_US
