Özet
Eğitim programları toplum düzenini sağlayacak nitelikli insan gücünü yetiştirme sorumluluğu içerisindedir. Bu nedenle eğitim programları toplumun gereksinimlerini, yenilikleri, çağdaş değişimleri göz önüne alarak, bireylerin bu sürece uyum sağlayabilmelerini amaç edinmelidirler. Dolayısıyla artık okullardan beklenen yaratıcı, üretken, öğrenmekten zevk alan, eleştirel düşünebilen, olaylar arasında ilişki kurabilen bireylerin yetiştirilmesidir. Bu noktada farklı disiplinlerin bilgi ve becerilerini de dikkate alan, öğrencinin motivasyonunun artmasına katkı sağlayan disiplinler arası yaklaşım çağdaş eğitim sistemi içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Bu araştırma, disiplinler arası yaklaşım ilkelerine göre tasarlanmış temaların sanat eğitiminde uygulanmasına yönelik bir çalışmadır. Geliştirilen temalar iletişim, mürekkep, kültürlerin buluşması, çevre konularını içermektedir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Ted Konya Koleji Özel İlköğretim Okulu 7-A sınıfına devam eden, 22 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Uygulama çalışmaları toplam 17 hafta sürmüştür. Uygulamalar sırasında derslere eş gözlemciler de katılmıştır. Gözlemcilerin gözlem formları ve öğrencilerden alınan yansıtma yazıları yorumlanarak değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları, disiplinler arası yaklaşımın, geleneksel yönteme göre sanat eğitimini olumlu yönde etkilediğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Elde edilen bu bulgular yorumlanmış ve disiplinler arası öğretim yaklaşımını uygulayacak öğretmenler ve araştırmacılar için öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
Educational programs are in the responsiveness of raising the manpower to ensure social order. Therefore, educational programs should aim for the individuals to adapt to this process, considering the needs of society, the renewals, and the contemporary changes, So, from now on, what is expected from the school is to raise the individuals, who are creative, productive, have a pleasure to learn, can think critically, and can make a relationship between the events. On this point, interdisciplinary approach, which considers the knowledge and skills of district disciplines, and makes a contribution to enhance the motivations of students, has had an importance place in contemporary educational system. This research is a study toward applying the themes designed according to the principles of interdisciplinary approach to the education of art. The developed themes include the issues such as communication, coming together of the composite cultures, and environment. The study group of research consists of 22 students attending in the class of 7- A of TED Konya Koleji Özel İlköğretim Okulu (TED Konya College Private Primary School). Application works lasted 17 weeks totally. During applications, the peer supervisors also precipitated in the courses. The assessments were made, interpreting the observational forms of supervisors, and the reflection letters received from the students. The findings of research revealed that interdisciplinary approach influenced the education of art in positive way, when compared to the traditional education. These obtained findings were interpreted and the suggestions were developed for the teachers and researchers to implement the interdisciplinary approach
