Özet
Sanat, var olduğu günden bu yana, çağının insanları tarafından algılanma ve anlamlandırılma sorunsalı ile yüzleşmek zorunda kalmıştır. Bu bağlamda bir değerlendirmenin amaçlandığı araştırmada, 20. yüzyılın ağır tüketim süreçleri ile dünya üzerindeki ihtiyaç, beklenti ve imkânların değişip evrimleştiği gibi, insanların kafasındaki ?Avangart sanat nedir?; Avangart sanatla birlikte algılama-anlamlandırma pratikleri ve izleyici-yapıt-sanatçı üçgeninin karakteri değişiyor mu?; Avangart sanat hareketlerinin ortaya çıkma ve unutulup gitmesi akılların karışmasına neden oluyor mu?? gibi vb. sorular aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Üzerinde durulan `algı' kavramının, David Hume, John Locke, George Berkeley ve Maurice Merleau-Ponty gibi isimler tarafından, biyolojik yaklaşımlardan tutun da psikolojik ve sosyolojik yaklaşımlara kadar çeşitlilik gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu anlamda ?algı? ve ?algılama? kavramları, psikolojik boyutundan çok sosyolojik bağlamda ele alınmış, sanatın çağdaş sanata dönüşümü esnasında, çağın insanları tarafından algılanma ve anlamlandırılma sorunsalı çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirme yapılırken, sanata ilişkin 20. yüzyıl avangardist/neo-avangardist düşüncelerin ortaya çıkışı, insanlar tarafından algılanması, algılanmaya ilişkin sorunlar özel veya genel, tarihsel örüntü kapsamında bir araya getirilmiştir. Alanında pek çok özgün ve çeviri metne, görsel kaynaklara ulaşılarak hazırlanan çalışmanın, "Kavramlara Bakış" başlığı altındaki 1. bölümünde, araştırma içinde karşılaşılacak olan kavramların kullanımlarına paralel genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. 2. bölümde, 'ardıl bir şekilde devam eden bu dönemlerin obje/varlık kavrayışını bilmek istiyorsak, felsefelerini bilmekle başlayabiliriz' düşüncesinden hareketle konunun kapsamına dâhil edilen ve '20. Yüzyılı Anlamak' olarak belirlenen bir başlıkla 20. yüzyıl felsefesi genel olarak derlenmiştir. Son bölümde ise tüm yüzyıla damgasını vuran özellikli karaktere sahip olduğu düşünülen sanat hareketleri, bir manifestoya dayanarak ya da bir başkarakterin sözlerinden yola çıkarak bazen de kişilere indirilerek değerlendirilmiştir.
Since its inception, art has always come face to face the problematic of being perceived and comprehended by the people of the age in which it was conceived. The study, which aims to make an evaluation of this kind, will try to answer questions like ?What is avant-garde art? Do the perception-comprehension practices and the character of the audience-work-artist triangle change with avant-garde art? Do the emergence and demise of avant-garde art movements confuse minds?? just as the needs, expectations and means on earth change and evolve with the heavy consumption processes of the 20th century. The concept of perception is known to show difference from the biological approaches to psychological approaches that are seen such as in David Hume, John Locke, George Berkeley and Maurice Merleau-Ponty. The concepts of ?perception? and ?perceive?, frequently used in this study, were employed in a soiological context rather than referring to their psychological dimensions and evaluated within the framework of the problematic of the perception and comprehension by the people of its age of the process of art?s transformation into modern art. The emergence of the 20th century avant-gardist/neo-avant-gardist ideas on art, their perception and general or individual problems of perception were brought together in the evaluation within the context of historical patterns. Parallel to the concept?s use that will be encountered in the research, in the title of the first part of ?Approach to Concepts?, by reaching the visual sources of the study, to the original and translated text, a general evaluation was made. In the second part, with the idea of ?if we want to know this period?s object/existence concept that is going on sequentially, we can start by learning about their philosophies? which was included the topic?s extent and with an ?Understanding the 20th Century? title, 20th century philosophy was collected generally. In the final chapter, the art movements that left their mark throughout the century and that are considered to have distinctive characteristics were evaluated based on a manifest or by the words of a main character, or sometimes by reducing the personalities.
