| dc.description.abstract | Ülkemizde kamu açıklarının finansmanında özellikle 1980 sonrası dönemde ağırlık kazanan iç borçlanma, boyut ve niteliği itibariyle günümüzde ekonominin karşı karşıya bulunduğu en önemli sorunlardan birisi haline gelmiştir. 1980 sonrası dönemde Türkiye’deki borçlanma eğilimleri incelendiğinde oldukça ağır sayılabilecek bir borç yükü altındaki ekonominin, yeniden borçlanmak suretiyle düzeltilebileceğine dair bir görüntü ortaya çıkmaktadır. Kamunun finansman gereksinimi, faiz oranlarının yükselmesine neden olurken, borçlanmanın vadesinin kısalmasında da etkili olmuştur. Türkiye ekonomisinin borç yükü, karşı karşıya olduğumuz bir çok sorunun en temel nedeni olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, 1980 yılından itibaren iç borçların yapısal gelişimi incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In our country, financing public deficits especially after the term 1980, domestic debts became more weighted, according to its shape and feature , it is one of the most important problems of our economy. When we introduced the domestic debt inclinations, after the term 1980, economy was under a quite heavy dept burden and it seemed that it can only straightened by taking debts again. The need of public finance caused the rising of rate of interests and shortened the due dates. Debt burden of Turkish economy is one of the main reasons of many problems which we came across. This study examines developments in Turkey’s demostic dept problems in the 1980s by using related statistical data. | en_US |
