| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın birinci aşamasında deliller, parmak izinin tanımı, parmak izinin genel yapısı, parmak izinin genel tanımları, parmak izinin özellikleri, parmak izinin tasnifi ve on parmak izinin tasnifinin nasıl yapıldığı, parmak izinin ülkemizde ve dünyadaki tarihsel süreci, parmak izinden önce kullanılan mukayese yöntemleri, derinin anatomisi ve deri tarafından salgılanan terin yapısı, parmak izi incelemesi yapılan yüzeylerin sınıflandırılması hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında Ruhemann morunun oluşum reaksiyonu verildikten sonra ninhidrin çözeltisinin nasıl hazırlandığı, ninhidrin çözeltisinin hangi yüzeylere ve nasıl uygulanacağı, HFE 7100 ile hazırlanan ninhidrinli çözeltinin hangi şartlarda uygulanacağı konularında bilgi verilmiş,vücut izi geliştirme laboratuvarında, ninhidrin çözelitisi ve HFE 7100 ile hazırlanan çözeltinin gözenekli yüzeylere uygulanması sonucu parmak izleri tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında da neden ninhidrin çözeltisinin DFO ve indandione yöntemlerine oranla daha çok tercih edilen yöntem olduğu ve gözenekli yüzeylere uygulanabilecek diğer yöntemler ile parmak izinin yüzeyler üzerinde kalmasını etkileyen faktörlerden bahsedilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the first stage of this study was given information about evidences, description of fingerprints , fingerprints, general structure of fingerprints,general descriptions of fingerprints,features of the fingerprint,classification of the fingerprint and how to classify of ten fingerprints,in our country and the world historical process of fingerprints,methods of previously used comparison of fingerprints,anatomy of the skin and the structure of the sweat secreted by the skin,classification of the surfaces that made of fingerprint examination. In the second stage of the study, how to prepare solution of ninhydrin after given formation reaction to the ruhemann purple, how to apply ninhydrin solution which surfaces, provided information on the circumstances in which you will apply the solution that prepared together with HF 7100, at the body trace development laboratory, prepared solution together with ninhydrin solution and HFE 7100, the fingerprints, result of applying on porous surfaces have been determined. In the conclusion part of this study, why ninhydrin solution method,compared to the more prefered over indandione and DFO method and other methods can be applied to the porous surfaces and the factors affecting of the fingerprints that remain on the surfaces have been mentioned. | en_US |
