dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de çok belirgin olan bölgeler arası gelişmişlik farklarını gidermek maksadıyla 5449 sayılı ve 25.01.2006 tarihli Kalkınma Ajanslarının Kuruluşu, Koordinasyonu ve Görevleri Hakkında Kanun çıkarılmıştır. İlgili Kanun çerçevesinde; kamu kesimi, özel kesim ve sivil toplum kuruluşları arasındaki işbirliğini geliştirmek, kaynakların yerinde ve etkin kullanımını sağlamak ve yerel potansiyeli harekete geçirmek suretiyle, ulusal kalkınma planı ve programlarda öngörülen ilke ve politikalarla uyumlu olarak bölgesel gelişmeyi hızlandırmak, sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamak, bölgeler arası ve bölge içi gelişmişlik farklarını azaltmak üzere oluşturulan kalkınma ajansları 26 Düzey 2 bölgesinde kurularak faaliyetlerine başlamıştır. 2006 yılında yürürlüğe giren Kanun çerçevesinde pilot olarak İzmir ve Çukurova Kalkınma Ajansları aynı yıl içerisinde kurulmuştur. 2008 yılında sekiz ajans, 2009 yılında ise Konya ve Karaman illerini kapsayan Mevlana Kalkınma Ajansı ile birlikte on altı ajans kurulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractFor the purpose of removing the inter regional development differences which are very apparent in Turkey, the 5449 numbered and 25.01.2006 dated Law About the Establishment, Coordination and Duties of the Development Agencies has been made. Within the context of the related Law; by means of developing the colaboration between the public sector, private sector and non governmental organisations, ensuring the onsite and effective usage of the resources and mobilising the local potential, the development agencies which have been established in accordance with the national development plan and principles and policies foreseen in the programs for increasing the regional development, providing their sustainability, decreasing the inter regional and inside region development differencies, have started their service being established in the 26 Order 2 region. Within the context of the law that entered into force in the year of 2006 İzmir and Çukurova Development Agencies have been established in the same year as pioneer. Eight agencies in the year of 2008 and alongside with the Mevlana Development Agencies comprising Konya and Karaman provinces in the year of 2009 sixteen agencies have been established.en_US
