dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Türkiye'de yerel yönetimlerin bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımı ve Kent Bilgi Sistemine geçişte ne kadar hazır olduklarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye'de 7 coğrafi bölgeden seçilen toplam 950 belediyede yazılım, donanım, otomasyon çalışmaları açısından incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, belediyelerin % 90 civarında bilgisayar kullanmakta olup, imkanları ölçüsünde yazılım kullanmaktadırlar. Belediyeler bilgisayarları en çok gelir, tahsilat ve muhasebe işlerinde kullanmakta olup bu değer yaklaşık % 86 civarındadır. Belediyelerin e-belediye çalışmaları devam etmekte olup, internet siteleri e-reklam statüsünü zamanla kaybetmektedir. Otomasyon çalışmaları ise zamanla artmaktadır. Büyükşehirlerde bilgisayar kullanımı diğer küçük yerleşim yerlerine göre daha yoğun bir şekilde devam etmektedir. Kent Bilgi Sistemi çalışmaları yasal bir zorunluluk olmasına rağmen günümüzde birçok belediyenin bu çalışmalardan uzak kaldığı belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPurpose of this study to determined use of information technology by the local government in and how they ready to transition for urban information system (UIS) in Turkey. For this purpose, make analysis from software, hardware and study of automation on 950 municipalities which have selected from 7 different geographical region. From software, hardware and study of automation. From the result about %90 municipalities use computer and they use software as far as possible. Municipalities use computer for computations of income, revenue and accounting work, it takes about %86. E-government studies of municipalities continue, internet page lost their e-advertisement status with time, automation studies increase with time. Use of computer is more intensively continue from great municipalities than other small settling place. It is determine, today?s too many municipalities are away from this urban information system?s studies agains to legal obligationen_US
