| dc.description.abstract | Doğada bulunan çok yıllık çim (Lolium perenne L.) genotipleri değişik nedenlerle hızlı bir şekilde yok olmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile çok yıllık çim genotiplerinin korunması ve bitkisel üretime kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çok yıllık çim genotipleri Ankara'nın Kalecik ilçesinde bulunan doğal bir çayırdan 2004 yılında canlı bitki olarak seçilmiştir. Bu bitkiler serada ayrı ayrı saksılara dikilmiştir. Bitkiler kardeşlenerek çoğaldıktan sonra klonlara ayrılarak plastik torbalara şaşırtılmıştır. 2005 yılı Mayıs ayında plastik torbalarda bulunan klonlar 50 cm x 50 cm aralıklarla 4 tekerrürlü olarak araziye dikilmiştir. Bitkilerin özelliklerine ait gözlem ve ölçümlerle ilgili değerler 2006 yılında alınmıştır. Çok yıllık çim genotiplerinin (Genotip = G) bitki dip kaplama genişliği 25.30 (G75)? 43.80 cm (G 17), yaprak boyu 7.3 (G41) ? 18.0 cm (G16), yaprak eni 0.23 (G41) ? 0.53 cm (G8, G10 ve G39), yaprak eni x yaprak boyu 1.7 (G41) ? 8.4 cm2 (G16 ), yaprak boyu / yaprak eni 23.5 (G13) ? 42.3 (G77), bitki boyu 28.8 (G57) ? 62.0 cm (G17), son boğum arası uzunluğu + başak boyu 17.0 (G57) ? 41.0 cm (G28), başak boyu 9.30 (G57) ? 23.3 cm (G17), bitki habitusu (diklik ) 1.0 (G4, G18, G20, G31, G32, G33, G39, G43, G48, G49, G53 ve G65) ? 9.0 (1-9 skalası) (G55), başakçık sayısı 13.3 (G47) ? 27.0 adet/başak (G51), sap başına tohum verimi 0.047 (G55) ? 0.208 g (G 28), biyolojik verim 36.4 (G75) ? 153.4 g (G4), tohum verimi 6.8 (G75) ? 42.4 g (G28), hasat indeksi 12.6 (G13) ? 35.5 % (G30) arasında değişmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Natural perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) genotypes are rapidly degraded due to a number of different reasons. The aim of this study was to preserve the collected perennial ryegrass genotypes and to make them available to the plant production. Perennial ryegrass genotypes were collected from pasture located at the Kalecik region of the province Ankara in 2004. Selected plant genotypes maintained alive in separate plastic bags in greenhouse. The propagated sibling plants generated were then clonally planted again in plastic bags. During May 2005 these clones were planted as four replicates in the field spaced at 50 x 50 cm apart. The observed and measured data of the plants that were previously planted were obtained during the year 2006. The values of the genotypes (Genotype = G) ranged from 25.30 (G75) to 43.80 cm (G17) for plant width, from 7.3 (G41) to 18.0 cm (G16) for leaf length, from 0.23 (G41) to 0.53 cm (8,10 and G39) from leaf width, from 1.7 (G41) to 8.4 cm2 (G16) for leaf length x leaf width, from 23.5 (13G) to 42.3 (77G) for leaf length / leaf width, from 28.8 (G57) to 62.0 cm (G17) for plant height, from 17.0 (G57) to 41.0 cm (G28) for inflorescence length + length of upper internode, from 9.3 (G57) to 23.3 cm (G17) for inflorescence length, from 1.0 (4, 18, 20, 31, 32, 33, 39, 43, 48, 49, G53 and G65) to 9.0 (1-9 scale) (G55) for growth habit, from 13.3 (47G) to 27.0 number / spike (G51) for spikelet number, from 0.047 (G55) to 0.208 g (G28) for seed yield per stem, from 36.4 (G75) to 153.4 g (G4) for biological yield, from 6.8 (G75) to 42.4 g (G28) for seed yield, from % 12.6 (G13) to 35.5 (G30) for harvest index. | en_US |
