| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamızda el-Mevsılî'nin el-Muhtar adlı eserinde İmam Züfer'e ait görüşleri tahkik etmeye ve müellifin eserde yer vermediği Züfer'in ihtilafına dair görüşleri vermeye çalıştık. Tezimizde 202 mesele ele almış olup, bunların 67 tanesi müellifin işaret ettiği meselenin tahkiki, 135 taneside el-Mevsılî'nin yer vermediği fakat Züfer'in muhalefetinin bulunduğu meselenin incelenmesidir. Yaptığımız çalışmanın neticesinde el-Mevsıli'nin Züfer'in görüşlerine işaret ettiği meselelerde isabet ettiğini tespit ettik. Ayrıca çalışma esnasında, el-Muhtar metni dışında birçok Züfer görüşünün kaldığı görülmüş, Züfer'e ait ictihadların tamamının tespit edilip derlenmesi şeklinde bir çalışmanın faydalı olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In our study,we tried to verify the views of Imam züfer in the work of Al-Muhtar written by al-Mevsıli and to give the opinions about Züfer?s conflict,which are not written in the work by the author. 202 issues have been discussed in our thesis, 67 of them is the ascertainment of the matter that the author pointed out,the other 135 ones are the investigation of the matter about the opposition of Züfer which are not mentioned by al-Mevsıli. As a result of our study, we identified al-Mevsıli?s hit on the issues about Züfer?s views. Also, during the study, it was undersood that there are many other Züfer?s views except the work of al-Muhtar and we think that finding out and combining all the opinions of Züfer will be useful. | en_US |
