| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, evcil kedi ve Beyaz Yeni Zelanda tavşanında kalp ve kalp arterialarının makroanatomik özelliklerini be- lirlemek için yapıldı. 12'şer dişi, 18'er erkek olmak üzere 30'ar adet ergin evcil kedi ve Beyaz Yeni Zelanda tavşanı kullanıldı. Materyallere latex enjeksiyon ve korozyon kast metotlan uygulandı. Kalbin, tavşanda 2.-4., kedide ise 4.-7. kaburgalar arasında bulunduğu belirlendi. 2 tavşan kalbinde, ventriculus dexter'in boşluğunun apex cordis'e kadar yetiştiği tespit edildi. A. coronaria sinistra'nın, a. coronaria dextra'dan güçlü olduğu görüldü. A. coronaria sinistra'nın tavşanda r. septalis, r. marginis ventriculi sinistri ve r. posterior ventriculi sinistri'ye; kedide, r. interventricularis paraconalis ve r. circumflexus sinister'e ayrıldığı, a. coronaria dextra'nın ise, her iki türde de sadecer circumflexus dexter'den oluştuğu tespit edildi. 1 tavşan ve 2 kedide a coronaria dextra'nın verdiği r. coni arteriosi'nin aorta'dan onjin aldığı saptandı. R. interventricularis subsinuosus'un, 4 kedider. circumflexus dexter tarafından oluşturulduğu gözlendi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was performed to investigate the macroanatomy of the heart and coronary arteries in the domestic cat and White New Zealand Rabbit. Adult twelve females and eighteen males of either species were used in this study. Latex injection and corrosion cast methods were applied to the materials. It was found that the heart lied between the se- cond and fourth ribs in the rabbit, and the fourth and seventh ribs in the cat. The left coronary artery was stronger than the right coronary artery in both rabbit and cat. The left coronary artery gave off the septal, left marginal ventricular and left pos terior ventricular branches in the rabbit. It gave off the paraconal interventricular and left circumflex branches in the cat. The night coronary artery was found to be constituted only by the right circumflex branch in both species. The conal branch, which arised from the right coronary artery, directly arised from the aorta in two cats and one rabbit. It was observed that the subsinuosal interventricular branch was formed by the right circumflex branch in four cats. | en_US |
