| dc.description.abstract | Yenen bir mantar türü olan Agariçuş bitorguis Sace'un kültürü ile ilgili istekleri tesbite çalışıldı. Araştırma, Konya çevresinde bulunan ve her zaman temin edilebilen, buğday sapından hazırlanan sentetik compost ile yapıldı. Kültür ortamı fermentasyon ve kimyasal dezenfeksiyon metodu ile hazırlandı. Ekimler naylon torbalara 10 kg kompost konulup, her torbaya 50 g misel hesabıyla karıştırılarak yapıldı. Mantarın gelişim safhaları ve ürün miktarı belirlendi. A. bitorguis'un misel gelişim süresinin kaynaklarda verilen sürelerden geç olmasına karşın, ürün verme süresinin daha erken olduğu tesbit edildi. Hasat süresinin uzama sına karşılık, ürün miktarının kaynaklarda verilen miktarlardan fazla olduğu görüldü. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, A. bitorquis' un kültürünün yapılmasının uygun olacağı düşüncesindeyiz. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | We have studied to determine the needs of cultural of Agaricus bitorquis (Qu£l.) Sacc, which, is edible. The research has been realized with synthetic compost by using wheat straw which is found in the neighbourhood of Konya every season. The culture media has been prepared by using fermen tation and chemical disinfection methods. The cultures have been put 10 kgs compost into the nylon sacks Each sack consists of 50 grs my eel. The development stages and production of mushroom have been determined. Although the process of the mycel of A. bitorquis has developed later than in the scientific literatüre, the production has been determined earlier than in the scien tific literatüre. While the harvasting duration has lasted more than the normal, the quantity of production has been realized more than in the literatüre. We share the idea of realization of A. bitorquis culture according to xhe gained results of the research. | en_US |
