| dc.description.abstract | Din, insanı etkileyerek onun davranışlarını şekillendiren bir olgudur. Bu nedenle din, Psikoloji ile ilişki içindedir. Psikologlar, inanç, inançsızlık, din değiştirme ve dua gibi dinî konular üzerine çalışmışlardır. Bu psikolojik süreçleri incelemek için de bilimsel metotlar kullanmışlardır. Zihin ve davranışı inceleyen Psikoloji, 19. yüzyılda bağımsız bir bilim dalı haline gelmiştir. Diğer taraftan o, ilkçağlardan itibaren düşünürlerin gündeminde olmuştur. Bağımsız bir disiplin haline gelmesiyle birlikte Psikoloji, din ile ilgili konulara değinmiştir. Psikoloji tarihinde en etkili ekollerden biri olan Davranışçılık, dini biyolojik süreçlere indirgemiştir. Psikanaliz'in kurucusu Freud, dini bir nevroz olarak görürken, öğrencisi Jung, dinin insanın ruh sağlığı üzerinde olumlu etkileri olabileceğini savunmuştur. Maslow'un önderliğinde gelişen Hümanist Psikoloji, insanın kendini gerçekleştirmesinde dinin önemli bir rolü olduğunu kabul etmiştir. Günümüzde Din Psikolojisi, Psikoloji'de popüler bir alandır. Transpersonel Psikoloji, Tasavvuf Psikolojisi ve Pastoral Psikoloji gibi yeni psikolojik yönelişler, din ile geçmişte olduğundan daha fazla ilgilenme eğilimindedirler. Sonuç olarak, Psikoloji'nin dine daha olumlu bir yaklaşım benimseyeceğini söylemek mümkün görünmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Religion is a phenomenon that forms the human behavior by affecting him. Therefore it is in relation to psychology. Psychologists have studied on religous subjects such as belief in God, atheism, conversion and pray. They have used scientific methods to analyze these psychological processes. Psychology which investigates the mind and behaviour became an idependent discipline in 19th century. On the other hand, it has been a current issue for intellectuals from fist ages. With its independence psychology is interested in religion. Behaviorism, one of the effective movement in history of psychology, reduces the religion to a biological process. While the founder of Psychoanalysis, Freud, regards religion as a neurosis, his student, Jung, defends that religion can be beneficial for mental health. Humansitic Psychology that develops under the leadership of Maslow accepted that religion has an important role for the human realization. Today, Psychology of Religion is a popular department in Psychology. New pyschological orientations such as Transpersonal Psychology, Mystic Psychology and Pastoral Psychology tend to be deal with religion more than past. As a consequent, it is possible to say that Psychology will adopt more possitive approach to religion. | en_US |
