| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada resmi kurumlarda çalışan rehber öğretmenlerin denetim odağı, cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durumu, mesleki yeterlilik durumu, görev yaptığı yerleşim birimi, kurum yöneticileriyle ilişkileri, çalıştığı kurumun fiziki şartlanmn durumu, hizmet içi eğitime ihtiyaç durumu gibi bağımsız değişkenlerinin iş doyumlarına etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma tarama modeline uygun olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Konya, Niğde, Kayseri, Nevşehir, Aksaray, Adana, Çorum, Kırıkkale illerinde devlet kurumlarında çalışmakta olan rehber öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, araştırmanın evrenini oluşturan illerden tesadüfi yöntemle seçilen 107 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında iş doyum ölçeği ve Rotter Denetim Odağı ölçeği ile birlikte kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde varyans analizi, t testi kullanılmış, önem oc0,05 olarak benimsenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları; rehber öğretmenlerin iş doyumlarının cinsiyete göre farklılaşmadığı, evli rehber öğretmenlerin iş doyum puan ortalamaları, bekar rehber öğretmenlerin iş doyum puan ortalamalarından önemli düzeyde yüksek olduğu, içten denetimli rehber öğretmenlerin iş doyumları dıştan denetimli rehber öğretmenlerinkinden daha yüksek olduğunu, okul yöneticileriyle işbirliği yapabilen rehber öğretmenlerin işbirliği yapamayan rehber öğretmenlere göre iş doyumlarının daha yüksek olduğu vb sonuçlan ortaya koymuştur. Araştırmanın bulguları ve sonuçlan ışığında öneriler geliştirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study ;the locks of control, sex, age, marital-status, vocational proficiency, location of duty, relations with the administration, physical conditions of the working-place, the need for in-service training and the effect of other independent variants on the level of job-satisfaction of psychological-counsellors are investigated. The sample of this study is consisting psychological-counsellors working at official- institutions in Konya,Niğde,Kayseri,Nevşehir,Aksaray,Adana,Çorum,Kınkkale. The sample for this study is consisting of 107 people chosen from the are of study by coincidence. At the collection of the scale -job-satisfaction scale and Rotter Locks of Control besides a personal information form were used. Data analysis was done by using on data variant analysis and t-test, and the mean is taken as a : 0,005. The results of the research show that the level of job-satisfaction doesn't very according to their sex, the average point of job-satisfaction of married counsellors is higher than that of the unmarried counsellors overage point the a certain extent, the level of job- satisfaction counsellors with internal locks of control is higher than that of the counsellors with external locks of control, the level of job-satisfaction counsellors co-operating with the school administration is higher than that of those who don't co-operate,etc. İn the light of the data and the results of the research some recommendations we offered for other researchers. | en_US |
