dc.description.abstractMaksilla anterior bölgedeki alveolar kemik kaybı, estetik ve fonksiyonel beklentileri kars?ılayacak uygulamalar açısından önemli bir problemdir. Ogmentasyon alanına gelen yumus?ak doku basıncı, iyiles?meyi etkileyen faktörlerden biridir. Bu nedenle; tatmin edici sonuçlara ulaşmak için yumuşak ve sert dokular bir arada yönetilmelidir. Bu olguda maksilla anterior bölgede horizontal, posterior bölgede ise vertikal kemik kaybı olan bir hastanın ogmentasyon aşamaları anlatılmıştır. Anterior bölgenin ogmentasyon işlemi için; önce hidrojel içerikli yumus?ak doku genişleticilerle yumuşak doku yönlendirilmiş, ardından sert doku ogmentasyonu yapılmıştır. Sert doku ogmentasyonu yapılırken yeni oluşacak kemik üzerindeki basıncın azaltılması için mikroplakların tespiti yapılmış ve plakla alveol kemiği arasındaki boşluğa allojen greft materyali ve trombositten zengin fibrin (PRF) karışımı uygulanmıştır. Mikroplak ve greftlerin üzerini örtmek amacıyla da plateletten zengin fibrin(PRF) membran kullanılmıştır. Posterior bölgenin ogmentasyonu için, çift taraflı açık sinüs lift uygulaması yapılmıştır. İyileşme süresince herhangi bir komplikasyonla karşılaşılmamış ve postoperatif 1. yıl kontrollerinde fizyolojik olmayan herhangi bir rezorpsiyon görülmemiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAlveolar bone loss in the maxillary anterior region is a serious issue. Bone healing and resorption are affected by soft tissue pressure on the augmented area. To get satisfactory results, soft and hard tissue should be managed together. This case describes the augmentation stages of a patient with horizontal bone loss in the anterior maxilla and vertical bone loss in the posterior region. Hydrogel-containing soft tissue expanders were used to guide soft tissue augmentation in the anterior region. Microplates were used to reduce pressure on the produced bone during hard tissue augmentation, and allogeneic graft material combined with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) was placed between the plate and the alveolar bone. PRF membrane covering the microplate and the grafts, The posterior part was augmented by bilateral sinüs lift ougmentation. There were no complications during the healing period, and there was no non-physiological resorption in the 1st year postoperative controls.en_US
