| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasının amacı performans tabanlı bina tasarımının pratikteki mimarlık çalışmalarında uygulanabilirliğini artırmak ve katkı sağlamak için bir model oluşturmaktır. Performans yaklaşımının binalarda uygulanmasıyla ortaya çıkan performans tabanlı bina tasarımı kavramı bina tasarım sürecinde tasarımın ilk aşamalarında belirlenen performans hedefleri doğrultusunda tasarım yapmayı içermektedir. Tez kapsamında önerilen modelin gerekliliği, performans tabanlı tasarım kavramı üzerine birçok çalışma yapılmasına rağmen pratikteki mimarlık çalışmalarında uygulamasının eksik kalması üzerine oluşmuştur. Bu çalışma kapsamında üretilen model tasarımın herhangi bir evresinde tasarım sonuçlarının herhangi bir performans kriteri karşısında değerlendirilmesi için kullanılabilmektedir. Tez çalışması kapsamında geliştirilen model Konya'da bir mimarlık ofisinin tasarımını yapacağı ticari fonksiyona sahip bir bina projesi üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Tasarımın belirli bir evresinde müşteri/müteahhit istekleri doğrultusunda ve yönetmelikler sınırlamasında üretilen tasarımın performans değerlendirmesi Ies VE 2014 yazılımı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Tasarım performans değerlendirmesi yapan bu bina performans simulasyon aracı kullanılarak; geliştirilen tasarımda seçilen mekanlara ait kabuğun termal korunumu performansı, ısıl konfor düzeyi, günışığı analizi, doğal aydınlatma düzeyi ve parıltı performans düzeyleri sorgulanmıştır. Bu sorgulamanın sonucunda tasarımın hedeflenen performans düzeyine ulaşması ve gelişerek değişmesi için yeni tasarım önerileri getirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to develop a model to raise and contribute the applicability of performance based building design in architectural works in practice. Performance based building design term which came out with the implementation of performance approach on buildings; contains designing with the performance goals that were determined at the initial stages of design process. The necessity of this model emerges from the lack of the implementation of performance based design into architectural works in practice despite the many studies on this issue. The proposed model in this study can be used at any stages of the design process to evaluate the results of the design in the face of any performance criteria. The proposed model in this study was implemented on a commercial building project which was designed by an architectural firm in Konya. The design which was produced towards the requirements of the client/contractor and the restriction of regulations was evaluated by the usage of Ies VE 2014 simulation tool at a specific phase of the design. By the help of this tool which analyses integrated building performance; the thermal protection of envelope/heat loss and solar gain, thermal comfort, daylight and shading, natural lighting and glare levels were evaluated for the selected spaces in the building. At the end of the evaluation of the design performance, some new design proposals were brought forward to improve the design to meet the performance goals. | en_US |
