Özet
lkögretim sekizinci sınıf ögrencilerinin çıraklık egitimini tercih etme ve etmeme yüzdelik degerlerini, çıraklık egitimini tercih etme ve etmeme nedenlerini belirlemeyi ve ilkögretim sekizinci sınıf ögrencilerinin çıraklık egitimine iliskin olumsuz görüs düzeylerini düsürmede grup rehberligi programının etkiligini test etmeyi amaçlayan bu arastırma, kontrol gruplu ön-test ve son-test kontrol gruplu deneme modelinde bir çalısmadır. Arastırmanın deney ve kontrol grupları 11'i kız ve 14'ü erkek olmak üzere toplam 25'er ögrenciden olusmustur. Deney grubuna 9 hafta süreli haftada bir oturum olmak üzere mesleki grup rehberligi yapılmıstır. Ögrencilerin çıraklık egitimine yönelik olumsuz görüsleri Çıraklık Egitimi Degerlendirme Formu-B ile (ÇEDF-B) ölçülmüstür. Deneysel islem sonrasında deney ve kontrol gruplarının ÇEDF-B'nin ön-test-sontest puanları arasındaki farkın anlamlılıgını ortaya koymak amacıyla iliskisiz örneklemler için t-testi kullanılmıstır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda deney ve kontrol gruplarının ÇEDF-B'nin ön-test-son-test fark puan ortalamaları arasında, deney grubunun lehine, 0.01 düzeyinde anlamlı farklılık bulunmustur. Bu bulgu, arastırmada denenen mesleki grup rehberligi yönteminin ilkögretim sekizinci sınıf ögrencilerinin çıraklık egitimine yönelik olumsuz görüslerini düsürmede etkili oldugunu ortaya koymustur. Arastırma bulgularına dayalı öneriler gelistirilmistir.
The aims of this research are to determine the reasons of the 8th year students? to choose or not to choose aprenticeship education and their per cents and to observe the effect of vocational group guidance to 8th grade elementary students? ideas towards apprenticeship education. This research is a control group pre-test post-test experimental research. Research?s experiment and control groups were constituted of 25 students for each groups (11 females, 14 males). Vocational group guidance was done to experiment group once a week in 9 weeks duration. The students? negative points of view towards apprenticeship training was measured by Apprenticeship Training Evaluation Form-B ATEF-B). After experimental procedure independent samples t test was used in order to make clear the significance difference between ATEF-B?s pre-test post-test scores. After analysis there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups? ATEF-B pre-test post-test average scores at 0.01 level. Findings showed that vocational group guidance method had a positive effect against negative ideas to apprenticeship education. Recomendations were made according to findings of the research.
