dc.description.abstractYerel katılım, günümüz demokrasisi için vazgeçilmezdir. Bu bağlamda yerel katılım etkinlikleri, demokrasinin geçerlilik kazanması adına önem taşımaktadır. Bu çerçevede yerel katılım ile kurulan iletişim ağları demokrasiyi beslemektedir. Son dönemde iletişim teknolojilerinde kaydedilen ilerlemeler, çok çeşitli yöntem ve tekniklerinin ortaya çıkmasına neden olurken, bu doğrultuda yerel katılım yöntemleri de çeşitlenmiştir. Yerel katılım, formal ve informal biçimlerde gerçekleşirken kamuoyunun dikkatini çekmek üzere aykırı yöntemler de belirmiştir. Yerel katılım bağlamında informal kapsamda değerlendirilen aykırı yöntemler temelde ilgi oluşturmaya dönük, çoğunlukla yeni iletişim teknolojilerinden yararlanan gündem ve kamuoyu oluşturma çerçevesindeki eylem biçimlerini kapsamaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında aykırı yöntemlere örnek teşkil eden “KÜF Project” konu edilmektedir. Çalışmanın temel amacı Türkiye’de aykırı bir yerel katılım yolu olan KÜF Project başlığı altında yapılan eylemlerin yerel katılımla ilişkisine yönelik bir betimleme sunmaktadır. Bu çerçevede ulusal ve uluslararası örnekleri de merkeze alarak literatür taramasından hareketle yerli ve yabancı kaynaklar, gazete haberleri ve video içeriklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Nitekim KÜF Project, benzeri dünya örnekleri olan bağlantısı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular çerçevesinde KÜF Project etkinliklerinin bir direniş ve farkındalık göstergesi olarak konumlandığı ve otoritenin sınırlarını zorlayarak toplumun dikkatini çekecek eylemlerle kamuoyu oluşturma çabası taşıdığını göstermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractLocal participation is indispensable for today's democracy. In this context, local participation activities are important for the validity of democracy. In this context, communication activities established within the framework of local participation activities feed democracy. While the recent advances in communication technologies have led to the emergence of a wide variety of communication methods and techniques, local participation activities have also diversified in this direction. While local participation events took place in formal and informal forms, contradictory methods emerged to attract the attention of the public. In the context of local participation activities, outlier methods that are evaluated in an informal context basically cover the forms of action aimed at generating interest, mostly using new communication technologies, within the framework of agenda and public opinion formation. Within the scope of the study, “KÜF Project” activities, which set an example for contrary methods, are discussed. The main purpose of the study is to present a description of the relationship between the activities of the KÜF Project, which is an unconventional way of local participation in Turkey, with local participation. In this context, domestic and foreign sources, newspaper news and video contents were used based on the literature review by taking national and international examples into the center. As a matter of fact, the connection of the KÜF Project with similar world examples has been tried to be revealed. Within the framework of the findings obtained from the research, it shows that the activities of the KÜF Project are positioned as an indicator of resistance and awareness, and they strive to create public opinion with actions that will attract the attention of the society by pushing the limits of authority.en_US
