Özet
Günümüzde iş yaşamının stresli ortamı, modern dünyanın rekabetçi yapısı, teknolojik aygıtların yarattığı dijital yoğunluk, doğadan kopan bireyi mutsuz ve sağlıksız bireyler haline dönüştürmüştür. Ayrıca yoğun endüstrileşme yarışı karşısında, yaşam alanları tahrip edilmiş, çevre sorunları ise tüm yerküreyi tehdit eder düzeye ulaşmıştır. Özellikle gelişmekte olan toplumlarda, kurumlar sanayileşme ve üretim yarışı içerisine girmiştir. Üretim artışı, yoğun çalışmanın sonucu, verimli üretimle özdeşleştirilmiştir. Oysa ki modern toplumlarda bireyler için çalışma kapasiteleri; ruhen ve bedenen sağlıklı olmaları ve çalışma hayatındaki verimliliklerinin ve yaratıcılıklarının artırılması ile doğrudan ilişkili olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu anlamda Türkiye'de, son yıllarda, serbest zamanların etkin ve verimli bir biçimde değerlendirilmesinin önemi kavranmaya başlamıştır. Bu anlamda Beş Yıllık Kalkınma Planları; rekreasyon kavramına ayrıcalıklı olarak yer vermekte, rekreasyon etkinliklerine katılımın artırılmasına dönük çalışmalara önem verilmekte bununla birlikte, merkezi ve yerel yönetimleri, üniversiteleri, sivil toplum örgütlerini, rekreasyon etkinliklerini geliştirmek ve alt yapısını oluşturmak üzere görevlendirmektedir. Tez kapsamında ele alınan Konya Kenti, Selçuklu Belediyesi, Bosna Hersek Mahallesi'nin rekreasyonel davranış biçimleri ve mekansal donanımı incelenmiş bu inceleme, anket ile mimari bağlamda, analizler ve değerlendirmelerle güçlendirilerek, bir çıkarıma gidilmiştir. Bu çalışma sahası için; gözlem, yerinde inceleme ve kullanıcı profilinin analizine yönelik soruların cevapları ile de kullanıcıların beklentileri analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. v Bosna Hersek Mahallesi için mevcut rekreasyon alanlarının tespiti ve kısa değerlendirilmesi yapıldıktan sonra tesisler hakkında kullanıcı profiline uygun, iyileştirme önerileri ve Mahalle için bu gereksinimleri karşılamaya yönelik alternatif çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
Nowadays, the stressful atmosphere of the work occupational life, the competitive structure of the modern world and the digital rush created by technological devices turned the individuals who are taken away from the nature into the unhappy and unhealthy ones. Furthermore, being exposed to an overwhelming industrialization contest, the life space for humans has been ruined, the environmental problems, also, has reached to an extremely threatening extend. In a industrialization and production competition, the societies, especially the developed ones, has identified the increase of the manufacturing itself with a dense and fertile production. On the other hand, the working capacities for the individuals are treated concerned with enhancing their creativity and productivity and, also, their body and psychological health. In this point, the significance of the utilization of the leisure time in an effective and fruitful way has been recently started to be realized in our country. For this account, the concept of recreation is involved particularly in the five-year development plans, the attendance in the recreation is tried to be increased. Central and local authorities charge the Universities and the non- governmental organization on the improving the recreation activities and creating the infrastructure of it. Within the thesis, an architectural analysis and assessment has been carried out towards the recreational areas in Bosna Hersek district, Selcuklu, Konya. The answers of the questions for the problems about the observation, site survey, and the analysis of the user profile is sought and the expectations of the users are tried to be analyzed. After the detection and a short evaluation of the present recreation areas, evaluation of these vii facilities is also took place for Bosna Hersek District. In the light of all of this information, the negative and positive sides of the recreation areas detected locally has been clarified and some solution advisories are handed in.
