| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, hafif agregadan elde edilmiş betonlar ve bu be tondan imal edilmiş betonarme kirişlerin dayanım ve davranışı teorik ve deneysel olarak incelendi. Hafif agregadan imal edilmiş betonarme kirişlerin kullanılabilirliği hakkında sonuca varıldı. Birinci bölümde, hafif agregalar ve bu agregalardan beton taşıyıcı elemanlar ve kirişler imal etmenin faydalan sakıncalı yönleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, hafif agregadan imal edilen beton ve kirişler üze rinde yapılan deneysel çalışmalar ve sonuçları anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, deneylerde kullanılan Maden şehri hafif agregasının özellikleri TS 3529 ve TS 3526'ya göre incelenerek beton yapımında kullanılabilirliği incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, söz konusu hafif agreganın kullanılmasıyla taşıyıcı olarak kullanılabilecek beton imalı için gerekli birleşim he sapları verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde, birleşim hesapları yapılan hafif betonlar dökülerek laboratuvarda 28 günlük mukavemetleri ölçülmüş ve elde edilen sonuçlar verilmiştir. Altına bölümde, kiriş deneylerinin yapımı için imalatı Konya Anadolu Sanayinde yaptırılan beton kırma presinin özellikleri ile ta sarım hesapları verilmiştir. Yedinci bölümde, hafif betonarme kirişlerin yük altındaki da yanım ve davranışı teorik olarak incelenmiştir. Sekizinci bölümde, hafif betondan imal edilmiş kirişler üzerinde yapılan deneyler ve elde edilen sonuçlar verilmiştir. Dokuzuncu bölümde, imal edilen betonarme kirişlerin teorik ve deneysel moment kapasiteleri ile sehim değerleri karşılaştırılarak sonuçlar karşılaştırılmış ve hafif betondan imal edilen kirişlerin em niyetle taşıyıcı kiriş olarak kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This Study concrete and beams obtained from light weight agg regate are investigated from the point of view of strength and be haviour. Results are derived from the point of view of usability. In the first chapter, some information about light weight agg regates and concret produced from this aggregate are given. In the second chapter, previous studies made about the aboue sub ject are summarized. In the third chapter, aggregates that will be used in this study and the properties of these aggregates due to TS 3529 and TS 3526 are investigated. In the fourth chapter, the calculations of concrete mixes that will be produced according to TS 2511 are given. In the fifth chapter, the phsical and mechanical results obtained from the concrete specimens are given. In the six chapter, the properties and design of the fiexural beam testing machine which is manufactured in Konya is given. In the seventh chapter, reinforced concrete beams subjected to simple bending are investigated from the point of view of strength and behaviour. In the eighth chapter, the laboratory results obtained from the testing of the four beams with requard to load and deflections are given. In the nineth chapter, the theoratical and laboratory moment ca pacities and deflections of the beams tested in the laboratory are com pared. It was denved that reinforced concrete beam with light weight aggregates can be used as load carrying beams in buildings. | en_US |
