Özet
Yapılan bu çalışmada kırık kemik tedavisinde kullanılan, eksternal fiksatörlerin elemanı olan; schanz vidalarının yorulma, çekme-çıkarma deneyleri yapılmıştır. Deneyler, kemik geometrisine benzetilen polietilen kemik modeli üzerinde yapıldı. Polietilen kemik modeline önceden delinen pilot deliklere çeşitli tasarımlara sahip kortikal ve spongiöz schanz vidaları tek ve çift korteksli olarak yerleştirildi. Yorulma öncesi, sıkma torku ve çekme-çıkarma kuvveti ölçüldü. Yorulma sırasında eğilme miktarı ölçümü yapıldı. Yorulma sonrası, çözülme torku ve çekme-çıkarma torku ölçümü yapıldı. Yorulma 1.000 çevrim ara ile 10.000 çevrime kadar yapıldı. Deneyler sonucunda elde edilen eğilme miktarı, çekme- çıkarma kuvveti ve çözülme torku-çevrim sayısı grafikleri çizilerek yorumlandı. Sonuç olarak, yorulma etkisinin vida boşalmasına neden olduğu belirlendi.
In this study, fatigue, pull-out experiments of schanz screws were carried out that is the part of external fixators used fort the treatment of fracture bone. Experiments were carried out on a polyethylene models likened to bone geometry. Cortical and spongious schanz screws having various designs were placed on the pilot holes previously drilled on polyethylene bone model as to be one or two cortex screws. Measurements for the pre-fatigue and compression-loosening torque and insertion-extraction power were performed. During fatigue, bending quantity was measured. Post-fatigue measurement of loosening torque and insertion-extraction torque was performed Fatigue was applied until 10.000 cycles with 1.000 cycle interval. Bending quantity, poll-out power and loosening torques-cycle number obtained as a result of experiments were explained by drawing their graphics. Finally, it was determined that the effect of fatigue caused screw release.
