Özet
Bu çalışmada farklı ırklara ait koç spermalarının dondurulması, dondurma işlemi aşamalarında şekillenen morfolojik bozuklukların ve hangi aşamalarda şekillendiği ve varsa ırk farklılıklarının ortaya konması amaçlandı. Materyal olarak 6 baş Merinos, 5 baş Akkaraman ve 4 baş İvesi ırkı koç kullanıldı. Sperma, koçlardan gün aşırı olarak 6 kez alındı. Alman spermalar derhal 32C'lik su banyosuna nakledildi ve spermatolojik özellikleri saptandıktan sonra Tris-glikoz solüsyonu ile sulandır-rlarak 0.25 ml'lik payetlerde donduruldu. Spermatolojik özellikler, dondurma işleminin tüm aşamalarında ve çözüm sonrasında tekrar incelendi. Taze sperma, dondurma işlemi aşamaları ve çözüm sonu spermatolojik özellikler açısından ırklar arasında istatistiksel farklılık gözlenmedi (p0.05).
The aifn of this study was to compare the morphological abnormalities at the stage of freezing and after thawing in different breed rams. In this purpose, 6 Merino, 5 Akkaraman and 4 Awassi rams were used as materials. Semen was collected six-times by artificial vagina every other day and spermatological characteristics were determined after the semen was placed in a water bath. Following this, semen was diluted with Tris extender and was frozen in 0.25 ml paillet. Spermatological characteristics were determined at the stages (after dilution, gliserization, and equilibration) prior to freezing and after thawing. There was no statistical difference (p>0.05) among the breeds on the spermatological characteristics at the stages of freezing and after thawing.
