Özet
Tarih boyunca peygamberler, nebiler ve veliler Allah'ı tanımak ve bilmek isteyenlere rehberlik etmişlerdir. Bu rehberler arasında Hz. Mevlâna özel bir yere sahiptir. Mevlâna'nın yaşamı ve eserleri, Allah'a yaklaşmanın, muhabbetullah ile ilahi aşkın ve insanın kendi hakikatini müşahede etmesinin yollarını açıklamaktadır. İnsanlar farklı özelliklere sahip olduğundan yaratılmış insan sayısınca Allah'a giden yol vardır. Bu tezde Mevlâna'nın düşünce ve hayat anlayışının temelinde Kur'an ve Sünnet'in bulunduğu, Mevlâna'nın öğretilerinin ve eserlerinin bu çerçevede şekillendiği savunulmaktadır. Mevlâna'nın hayatı incelendiğinde ibadete adanmış bir hayat sürdüğü ve özellikle namazın, ilahi aşkın bir ifadesi olduğu görülmektedir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde Mevlâna'nın eserlerinde geçen dualarından alıntılarla onun yaratana yönelik ilticası incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak Mevlâna'yı anlamak için onun eserlerini derinlemesine incelemenin önemine değinilmiştir.
Throughout history, prophets, messengers and men of God's have guided those who wants to know purpose of life, recognize God and know him/herself better. Among these men of God, St. Mevlana has a special place. Mevlana's life and books shows the ways of approaching to God by divine love and observing one's own truth. Since people have different characteristics, there are as many paths to God as there are human beings. In this thesis, it is argued that Mevlnas understanding of thought and life is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah and that Mevlana's teachings and books are shaped within this framework. When Mevlana's life is analysed, it is seen that he led a life dedicated to worship and especially prayer is an expression of divine love. In the second part of the thesis, Mevlana's supplication to the creator is analysed with quotations from his prayers in his books. As a result, the importance of analysing Mevlana's books in depth in order to understand him is mentioned.
