Özet
Bu araştırma çörek otunun çimlenmesi üzerine bazı tohum ön uygulamaları ve sürelerinin etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla Selçuk Üniversitesi Çumra Uygulamalı BilimlerYüksekokulu merkez laboratuarında 2017 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada adiçörek otu (Nigella sativa L.) ve Şam çörek otu (Nigella damascena L.) türleri materyalolarak kullanılmıştır. Tohumlar GA3 (50, 100, 150 ppm) ile 4, 8 ve 12 saat süre ile muamele edilmiş, normal şartlar altında pamuk arasında çimlendirilmiştir. Çıkış denemeleristeril kum kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf parsellerinde faktöriyeldeneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda çimlenmeyüzdesi bakımında ön uygulama/saat arasındaki farklılık istatistiki olarak önemli bulunmazken, çimlenme gün süresi ve çıkış yüzdesi arasındaki farklılık istatistiki olarak %5,çıkış gün süresi arasındaki istatistiki farklılık %1 seviyesinde önemli bulunmuştur.Çimlenme yüzdesi, çimlenme gün sayısı, çıkış yüzdesi, çıkış gün sayısı bakımından,çeşitler arasındaki farklılık istatistiki olarak önemsiz bulunmuştur. Çimlenme yüzdesibakımından kontrolden elde edilen sonuçlar farklı sürelerde ve dozlarda GA3 uygulanan tohumlardan daha yüksek bulunmuş, en yüksek çimlenme oranı % 58.00 ile N.sativa çeşidinde tespit edilmiştir. En hızlı çimlenme süresi 6.877 gün ile 150 ppm/4saatGA3 uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. En hızlı çimlenme ve çıkış süresi sırasıyla 7.138 ve9.33 gün ile N. damascena çeşidinden tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek çıkış oranı % 61.33ile 100 ppm/12saat GA3 uygulamasından elde edilmiş, en yüksek çıkış % 45.60 ile N.damascena çeşidinde tespit edilmiştir. En hızlı çıkış süresi 8.82 gün ile 100 ppm/8saatGA3 uygulamasından elde edilmiştir.
This study was conducted out in 2017 at Cumra Vocational School of Applied Science in Selcuk University to determine the effects of some priming treatments and durations on germination of black cumin. Seeds of Nigella sativa L. and Nigella damascena L. were used as material. Seeds were immersed in GA3 (50, 100, 150 ppm) with duration of 4, 8 and 12 hours and germinated under normal conditions between cotton. Emergence test was performed by using sterile sand. The experiment was established on randomized parcels according to factorial experimental design as three replications. In research results the difference between the priming treatment and duration was not found to be statistically significant in terms of germination percentage however the difference between duration of germination and emergence percentage was found to be statistically significant at the level of 5% and the difference between duration of germination and duration of emergence was found to be statistically significant at the level of 1%. The difference between the seed varieties was found to be statistically insignificant in terms of germination percentage, duration of germination, emergence percentage and duration of emergence. In terms of germination percentage, the results obtained from the control were found to be higher than the seeds applied GA3 treatment in different times and doses and the highest germination percentage was determined in N. sativa as 58.00%.The fastest germination duration was obtained from 150 ppm/4h GA3 treatment as 6.877 days. The fastest germination and emergence duration were determined in N. damascena with 7.138 and 9.33 days, respectively.
