Abstract
Bağdatlı Rûhî, XVI. yüzyıl Divan şairlerindendir. Babası gibi kendisi de asker olan şair, kalender tabiatlı bir mizaca sahiptir. Osmanlı coğrafyasının pek çok yerini gezmiş, değişik çevrelerde bulunarak çok sayıda insanı tanıma fırsatı bulmuştur. Devletin ileri gelenleri başta olmak üzere, âlim ve şairlerin sohbetinde bulunmuş, hiçbir şekilde makam elde etme çabasında olmadığını sıklıkla ifade etmiştir. Akıcı ve yalın bir dille sanat endişesinden uzak bir şekilde yaşadığı toplumun sosyal hayatını şiirlerinde ele almıştır. Toplumsal olayları iyi bir şekilde gözlemleyen şair, bu aksaklıkları kendine has bir üslupla ifade emiştir. XVI. yüzyıl Divan şairlerinden Bağdatlı Rûhî'nin Divanı'nda sosyal hayatı incelemeye yönelik bir araştırma olan çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Bağdatlı Rûhî ve XVI. yüzyıl toplum hayatı incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, Bağdatlı Rûhî'nin Divanı'ndan hareketle; Yerleşim Merkezleri, Görev ve Meslekler; Âdet, İnanış, Ritüel ve Uygulamalar; Cezalandırma, Kumaşlar ve Giyecekler, Mekânlar, Eğlence Hayatı ve Şenlikler, Mûsıkî, Spor ve Oyunlar, Sosyal Eleştiri, Yemek ve Mutfak Kültürü, Ekonomik Yapı, Sağlıkla İlgili Unsurlar ve Günlük Eşyalar başlıkları altında XVI. yüzyıl Osmanlı coğrafyasının sosyal hayatına dair unsurlar ele alınmıştır.
Baghdadi Ruhi was one of the 16th century classical Ottoman poets. Ruhi, who is a soldier like his father, had a humble character. He visited many places of the Ottoman geography, so have found opportunity to know many people from various environment. Especially the elders of the state, he was found in the chat environment of the scholars and poets. He has often expressed that he hasn't effort to achieve any important position (authority). With a fluent and simple language, without worrying about art, he discussed the social life of the community which he lived in. The poet, who observing social events in a good way, has expressed the social problems with his own unique style. A research study to examine the social life on the divan of Baghdadi Ruhi, was one of the 16th century classical Ottoman poet, consist of two parts. In the firs part, Baghdadi Ruhi and 16th century social life were examined. In the second part moving on from divan of the Baghdadi Ruhi; Residental centers, Strikes and Occupations; Customs, Beliefs, Rituals and Applications; Punishments, Fabrics and Clothes, Places, Entertainment Life and Festivals, Ottoman Music, Sport and Games, Social Criticism, Food and Culinary Culture, Economic Structure, Health-related factors and Hunts under the heading of culture on the social life of the 16th century Ottoman geography factors are considered.
