Arbor bronchialis'in multidedektör BT ile değerlendirilmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Merkezi hava yolları, şimdiye kadar bronkoskopi, bronkografi, PA akciğer grafisi, bilgisayarlı tomografi ve MDBT gibi çeşitli yöntemlerle incelenmiştir. Sunulan bu çalışmada arbor bronchialis, yeni bir yöntem olan MDBT ile değerlendirildi. Elde edilen MDBT görüntülerinde çeşitli morfometrik ölçümler yapıldı ve olası anomalilere bakıldı. Her hangi bir patoloji bulunmamış her iki cinste toplam 400 hastanın MDBT görüntüleri yaş gruplarına ayrılarak incelendi. Görüntülerin 253'ünde morfometrik ölçümler yapıldı. Trakeal ölçümlere dayanılarak trachea tiplendirmesi yapıldı. Ana ve lobar bronşların açı, çap ve uzunlukları ölçüldü. Subkarinal açılar ve eksternal açılar, interbronşial ve internal açılardan daha geniş bulundu. Sağ taraf subkarinal ve interbronşial açıların sol taraftan daha dik olduğu tespit edildi. Arbor bronchialis'in çap ve uzunluk ölçümlerinde, cinsiyet ve yaş grupları arasında, çoğu parametrede anlamlı farklılıklar bulundu. Ayrıca, arbor bronchialis'in gelişimsel anomalilerinden tracheal bronchus, aksesuar kardiyak bronchus, paratracheal hava kistine ve bronşial dallanma varyasyonlarına rastlandı. Arbor bronchialis'in anomalilerinin bilinmesi tekrarlayan enfeksiyon, hemoptizi ve malignensi gibi çeşitli durumların açıklanması, ve bronkoskopi ve endotrakeal tüp uygulaması gibi girişimsel işlemlerde önemlidir. Sunulan bu çalışmada bu tür durum ve uygulamalar açısından önemli olabilecek bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Santral airways have been evaluated by several tools such as bronchoscopy, bronchography, posteroanterior (PA) chest graphy, computerised tomography and multidedector computerised tomography (MDCT). In this present study, tracheobronchial tree (arbor bronchialis) was evaluated by MDCT, a new diagnostic tool. Morphometric values were measured and possible anomalies were investigated in MDCT images. The MDCT images of 400 patients without any pathology in both sexes were evaluated according to age groups. Morphometric values were measured in 253 images. The types of trachea were identified according to tracheal values. Angles, diameters and lengths of main and lobar bronchus were measured. Subcarinal and external angles were wider than interbronchial and internal angles. Right subcarinal and interbronchial angles were steeper than left subcarinal and interbronchial angles. There are significant differences in angle and length values between the sex groups and among the age groups for many parameters. Beside, there were developmental anomalies of arbor bronchialis such as tracheal bronchus, accessory cardiac bronchus and bronchial branch variations. Knowledge of arbor bronchialis anomalies is important for situations such as recurrent infections, hemoptysis and malignancy and for procedures such as broncoscopy and endotracheal entubation. The findings of this study can be important for such situations and procedures. | en_US |
