Özet
Bu araştırma, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel güven düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek, demografik değişkenlere göre öğretmenlerin örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel güven düzeylerinin farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, betimsel taramaya (survey) ve ilişkisel taramaya yönelik bir yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini gönüllü katılım esas alınmak suretiyle 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında Konya ili merkez ve diğer ilçelerinde, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı ortaokulda görev yapan 163 (n(kadın)=35, n(erkek)=128) ve lisede görev yapan 149 (n(kadın)=24, n(erkek)=125) olmak üzere toplam 312 (n(kadın)=59, n(erkek)=253) beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, "Örgütsel Sinizm Ölçeği", "Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği" ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, ikili karşılaştırmalar için bağımsız gruplar t Testi ve çoklu karşılaştırmalar için Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel güven düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak için Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyon (r) katsayısı tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada anlamlılık düzeyi için α=0.05 seçilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin, genel olarak sinizm düzeylerinin düşük olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ölçek alt boyutları arasında öğretmenlerin en yüksek davranışsal sinizm boyutuna katılım gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin, örgütsel sinizm ölçeği bilişsel boyutunun mesleki kıdem ve idari görevi olup olmama değişkenine göre; bilişsel ve duyuşsal boyutunun eğitim durumu değişkenine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı, diğer alt boyutların ve genel sinizm düzeylerinin ise mesleki kıdem, eğitim durumu ve idari görevi olup olmama değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Yine öğretmenlerin, örgütsel sinizme yönelik tüm boyutların (bilişsel, duyuşsal, davranışsal) ve genel sinizm düzeylerinin cinsiyet, görev yaptıkları kademe, yaş ve medeni durum değişkenine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin genel olarak örgütsel güven düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ölçek alt boyutları arasında öğretmenlerin en yüksek iletişim ortamı boyutuna katılım gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin, örgütsel güven ölçeği tüm boyutlarının (çalışanlara duyarlılık, yöneticiye güven, yeniliğe açıklık, iletişim ortamı) ve genelinin eğitim durumu değişkenine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı; örgütsel güven ölçeği tüm boyutlarının ve genelinin ise cinsiyet, görev yaptıkları kademe, yaş, mesleki kıdem, medeni durum ve idari görevi olup olmama değişkenine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı saptanmıştır. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel güven düzeyleri arasında orta ve düşük düzeyde negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational trust levels of physical education teachers and to investigate whether organizational cynicism and organizational trust levels differ according to demographic variables. In the research, a method for descriptive survey and relational survey was used. The sample of the study consisted of 163 physical education teachers working in the secondary schools of the Ministry of National Education in the central and other districts of Konya in the 2018-2019 academic years on the basis of voluntary participation. Distribution of sample participation: 163 (n(female)=35, n(male)=128) and 149 (n(female)=24, n(male)=125) working in high school, total 312 (n(female)= 59, n(male)=253) In the research, Organizational Cynicism Scale, Organizational Trust Scale and Personal Information Form developed by the researcher were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the data, independent groups T Test was used for binary comparisons and One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used for multiple comparisons. Pearson Product Moment Correlation (r) coefficient technique was used to reveal the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational trust levels of physical education teachers. α= 0.05 was chosen for the significance level. It was concluded that the cynicism levels of the physical education teachers participating in the study were generally low. Among the sub-dimensions of the scale, it was determined that teachers participated in the highest behavioral cynicism dimension. Physical education teachers who participated in the study, organizational cynicism scale according to the variable of whether the cognitive dimension of professional seniority and administrative tasks; It was found that cognitive and affective dimension differed significantly according to educational status variable, while other sub-dimensions and general cynicism levels did not show a significant difference according to the variable of seniority, educational status and administrative duty. In addition, it was found that teachers', all dimensions of organizational cynicism (cognitive, affective, behavioral) and general cynicism levels did not differ significantly according to gender, stage, age and marital status. It was concluded that the organizational trust levels of physical education teachers who participated in the study were generally high. Among the sub-dimensions of the scale, it was found that teachers participated in the highest communication environment dimension. It was found that all dimensions of organizational trust scale (sensitivity to employees, trust to manager, openness to innovation, communication environment) and general of the physical education teachers participating in the study differed significantly according to the variables of educational status. It was found that all dimensions and overall organizational confidence scale did not differ significantly according to gender, level of employment, age, professional seniority, marital status and whether or not they had administrative duties. It has been found that there are significant negative and medium level negative relationships between physical education teachers' organizational cynicism and organizational trust levels.
