Özet
Bu çalışmada, araştırmanın teorik altyapısını oluşturan stres ve konaklama işletmeleri üzerinde durulmuş, stresin insanda görülen belirtileri verilmiş, stresin örgütler üzerinde ki etkileri incelenerek araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma Konya'da faaliyet gösteren 4 ve 5 yıldızlı konaklama işletmelerinde çalışmakta olan iş görenler üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Toplamda 4 otelde anket yapılmış olup, dağıtılan 215 anketten 203 tanesinden sağlıklı cevap alınmıştır. Bu yolla elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programında analiz edilerek bazı sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Stres yönetimi kapsamında, bireysel ve örgütsel yaklaşımlar ile programlar açıklanmıştır. Konaklama işletmeleri personelinde uygulanan bir araştırma ile çalışanların stres kaynakları ve çalışanlarda görülen stres belirtileri incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler sonucunda Konkalama İşletmelerinde çalışan personelin stresörlere maruz kaldıkları görülmüştür. Ayrıca farklı kurumsal yapıya sahip konaklama işletmeleri çalışanları ve çalışanların demografik özellikleri ile, stres yaratan etmenler, çalışanların stres durumunda gösterdikleri tepkiler ve stresle başetme stratejileri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olup olmadığını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışanlara uygulanan ankette yer alan sorular, literatür taraması ile elde edilen ve işe özel durumların tesbiti ile oluşturulmuştur.
In this study, an investigation that forms the infrastructure of the theoretical focus on stress and stay in business, given the stress symptoms observed in humans, the effects of stress on the review of the research organizations were made. Research activities conducted on employess who work 4 and 5 star accommodation in Konya. In total, survey has made at 4 hotels, distributed 215 survey responses from 203 of them were taken. This way, the data obtained by the SPSS statistical analysis program and reached some conclusions. İn the context of Stress management programs are described with individual and organizational approaches and. Accommodation in the applied research with business staff employees who work on resources and stress symptoms of stress were examined. As a result of this review of staff in business accommodation they were exposed to stressors. Moreover, institutional structures have different accommodation businesses employees and employees with demographic characteristics, stress-creating factors, the employees' stress and their reactions to stress significant differences between strategies that are intended to check. Employee surveys in applied questions, obtained from literature and work with the exception of the determination was made with. Research results in the accommodation business with the stress of staff working lives intertwined and how they were exposed to stress. Accommodation businesses to be able to cope with the stress of staff has been given different advice.
