| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın genel amacı ?okul teknoloji planlaması? olgusunu irdelemek ve etkili okul teknoloji planlamasına ilişkin olarak ilköğretim okulları için uygulamalı bir model önerisi sunmaktır. Araştırmada, ayrıca, teknoloji planlama olgusunun öğretmen yetiştirme sistemi açısından doğurduğu sonuçlara da dikkat çekilmektedir. Araştırmada, temel olarak AR-GE (Araştırma & Geliştirme) metodolojisi kullanılmıştır. Buna ek olarak, araştırma kapsamına dahil edilen Özel Konya Esentepe İlköğretim Okulunun teknoloji profilini ortaya çıkarmak için ?Okul Teknoloji Profili Anketi (OTPA)? araştırmacı tarafından derlenip uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada geliştirilen ?Seçmeci Okul Teknoloji Planlama Modeline? göre, etkili bir teknoloji planlama süreci birbiriyle etkileşimli 11 temel boyuttan oluşmalıdır. Bu boyutlar şunlardır: (1) Teknoloji Planlama Komitesi Oluşturmak, (2) Vizyon Geliştirmek, (3) Amaç Belirlemek, (4) Teknolojik İhtiyaç Analizi Gerçekleştirmek, (5) Eylem Planı Geliştirmek, (6) Bütçeyi Organize Etmek, (7) Okulun Teknolojik Altyapısını İnşa Etmek, (8) Profesyonel Gelişimi Planlamak, (9) Bakım ve Teknik Desteği Organize Etmek, (10) Velilerin ve Paydaşların Katılımını Sağlamak ve (11) Süreci ve Sonuçları Değerlendirmek. Yine, araştırma sonuçlarına göre, modelin uygulandığı Özel Konya Esentepe İÖO'nun teknoloji entegrasyonu hususunda göreceli olarak oldukça iyi bir konumda olduğu gözlenmiştir. Öte yandan, söz konusu bu entegrasyon sürecinin (bu çalışmada geliştirilen ?Seçmeci Okul Teknoloji Planlama Modeli?nin boyutlarıyla birebir ilişkilendirildiğinde) sistematik olmadığı ve daha çok öğretim personeli bazında bireysel bir çaba olarak algılandığı ve gerçekleştirilmeye çalışıldığı sonucuna varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is twofold: (1) to examine the issue of ?school technology planning? and (2) to propose an applied model for elementary schools in relation to effective technology planning in schools. Moreover, the implications of the ?technology planning? issue for teacher training systems are also pointed out. In this research, the R&D (Research & Development) methodology was used. In addition to this methodology, the ?School Technology Profile Survey (STPS)? was compiled and used in order to find out the technology profile of Private Konya Esentepe Elementary School. According to the proposed ?Elective School Technology Planning Model?, an effective technology planning process must encompass 11 interconnected dimensions. These dimensions are: (1) Establishing a Technology Planning Committee, (2) Developing a Vision, (3) Setting Goals and Objectives, (4) Analyzing Technology Needs, (5) Developing an Action Plan, (6) Organizing the Budget, (7) Building a Technology Infrastructure, (8) Planning the Professional Development, (9) Organizing Maintenance and Technical Support, (10) Involving Parents and Community, and (11) Evaluating the Process and Outcomes. Additionally, according to the results, Private Konya Esentepe Elementary School is considered to be relatively good in the technology integration process. On the other hand, when the school?s technology integration process is associated with the Elective School Technology Planning Model?s 11 dimensions, it is perceived to be more of a personal effort on the part of the school?s teaching staff, rather a systemic school-wide undertaking. | en_US |
